I was in and out in 10 minutes buying a air condition unit.

I called this my store because I had to travel to Gretna for many many many years thank y'all for putting this one five minutes from my job

As soon as I step foot into the store I am acknowledged, catered to and helped so I never have to waste time. My men are working at the job sites and we save time by my picking up the supplies at the Depot. The personnel there know I AM IN A HURRY and get me in and out quickly. It is a great help for me to do all of my business at this Depot.

Competent personnel, wide aisles, ample inventory, up to date trends, good looking outdoor products, timely sales, clean. Always acknoweded as soon as I wak in which is 3-4 times a week.

Usually have everything I'm looking for. Today, however , I had to purchase a large box of trim screws, when I needed only a small one.

Staff in general is very friendly and helpful! Store is clean and well stocked. An added plus is that they are dog friendly!

The store itself is nice and has the best selection of most Home Depots in the New Orleans/ Jefferson area. Only down fall is the neighborhood it is located in. almost every time I leave the store and walk to my vehicle someone approaches me and asks for money. A little off putting when I am just trying to run my business. Maybe some extra security in the parking lot could help.

I RUN TO THE DEPOT TO SAVE MONEY AND INDEED I DO. This is a great company with well trained Associates, ample inventory so I do not have to wait for products, excellent staff who are at my 'beckon call'. Love this depot.

So glad to have a home depot so close to where I live. So convenient. The store is always clean, available baskets, a one stop shop.

This is my all time favorite store. Management is to be commended for their excellent training program. This is the ideal prototype for a comfortable shopping experience. Store is clean, aisles are decent to travel along, inventory is not a problem, returns are not a hassle and the prices are fair.

Clean store, wide aisles, fair prices, although higher than Lowe's, good crew in every way,......proficient, happy, well seasoned, great managers.

The employees there are the rudest people I have ever encountered. They are not willing to help at all. I will never shop at this Home Depot again.

The store always looks pretty good until late in the afternoon when it is 'picked' over. Prices are okay, aisles clear, personnel always accommodating....like going there since it is minutes from home and job sites.

THE STORE ALMOST ALWAYS LOOKS CLEAN,SMELLS CLEAN AND HAS WELL TRAINED PERSONNEL.. This is close to my home, office, factory and job sites. I am there at least 3 x a week and for the most part enjoy my time there, but can pick and check out what I need effortlessly. Kudos to the management staff.

I never have to worry when I return merchandise because there are never any repercussions. I buy so much, so often that my returns are a way of life. I do usually buy much more the 2nd time around when I make errors in judgment. Love working with ales personnel, but like to save time by doing my own check out. They personnel keep this location very clean which delights me so much.

This Depot is my life line to my work. Proximity to my home, factory and job sites. Quality is good, personnel is great and layout is easy.

THIS STORE IS PERFECT FOR MY NEEDS. The proximity to my home and business is close, the management staff keeps the personnel on its toes, prices are comparable, merchandise is nice and easy to spot.

The Claiborne store has the supplies needed in stock very often. The staff is very patient, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. We purchase technical building, plumbing and electrical supplie, appliances, garden tools, as well as home storage, cleaning and general house products. We could shop at other stores in safer areas of town but choose this location. Also, the store is generally clean and our experience has been positive.

Very satisfied about coming to this store. Have everything I wanted and needed . would recommend and have already told others about Store, Materials that is in stock and that is always available here. Have to go a distance to go the store but it worth the drive. Thank again ☺

This is my flag ship store because the personnel are well trained, it is close to my home and factory, products are fairly priced and they have decent sales.

Whether I purchase or return products, I receive the same excellent service. The personnel always greets me with enthusiasm, escorts me to the correct area if products have been shifted, offer suggestions if needed and fully engage with me. They never lose patience with me. Prices are fair, there is an ample supply of merchandise and this depot is minutes from my home and job sites. I usually trade in the morning and store is very clean.
