I shop for my plants only in this Home Depot, they have the prettiest and bug free plants.

Damaged Midea AC inside sealed carton

Was in the store to purchase a replacement wall switch. As normal they were out of the one I needed. But they had a deal on AC filters, buy 2 get 2 for free. When it didn’t ring up correctly, I was charged for all 4, I was told by the “customer service” employee to walk back to the display and take a picture and show her. I did and she still wouldn’t correct the charge. She kept fighting me even when she had proof that it was ringing up wrong. Fortunately a manager walked by and explained that their system was messed up, and for my bill to be corrected. Every time I walk into the New Rochelle store something like this happens.

I appreciate that everything was well organized and staff from different departments were able to point me in the right direction even if what I was looking for wasn’t in their assigned department.

I went to buy a kitchen faucet on a Friday night. The woman who works that section, I am not recalling her name, quite excellent.

Marshall went above and beyond ! I walked in overwhelmed and walked out happy. Marshall’s knowledge about washer and dryers made the purchase so easy. I went to two Home Depot’s in the Bronx where I received poor service and no help. I went to this location in hopes of getting many questions answered and they were. They were answered ten times over. I was stressed about having to buy a new washer and dryer and Marshall made it such a breeze. He was patient and he took his time. Thank you Marshall! The gentleman that delivered the appliances were very kind and professional. It was an all around good experience.

I had a bad experience once and have tried to stay away forever.

it was a rainy day and the store was unusually quiet. I spent several hours gathering supplies for several jobs and in every section and aisle employees were beyond helpful. And their knowledge and experience is always valuable and worth more than the materials I buy! Thank you Home Depot!

I live close by, so this is the closest way I know to get certain items. When in other areas of Westchester, other home depots are staffed better.

Generally clean and organized, and the employees are always willing to assist you.

This is our favorite Home Depot! The store is always well stocked, clean and the staff is always very friendly and helpful!

Home Depot in New Rochelle is fantastic. My experience is always great and the employees are courteous and helpful. My latest trip there was for Halloween decorations and the Home Depot in New Rochelle had everything I need!

Reynaldo was exceptional in his service and product knowledge. He is head and shoulders above any associate I have interacted with at the store. Prompt, polite and helpful. (The store compared to others is dirty and most associates do not try to help. The parking lot is littered and has people smoking weed in cars. I recommend the associate but not the store.)

I tried to get assistance with loading pavers into my cart. 3 young male workers said they couldn't help, but would get someone to help me. They disappeared. About 25 minutes later, I found a woman who was willing to help me with the very heavy pavers. Those men were lazy!!

A problem I had with my Samsung washer was expertly handled by the outstanding store manager and the dedicated customer service team in the appliance department. Their commitment to excellence and proactive support turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. After years of purchasing numerous appliances at Home Depot, it’s clear that their staff truly go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction!

My wife and I went to Home Depot to make a couple of purchases, and eventhough there was alot of things going on in the store. The customer service reps were accessible and very helpful.

I come into store frequently. The customer is consistently terrible. Employees at Home Depot have a terrible attitude and no desire to work. Rude and even nasty.

This place carries a small amount of quantities of items that search on their website.It looks homedepot is going digital their brick and mortar stores will be only for lumber

Employees in the hallways or aisles are nasty. Always with attitudes. Some of them wouldn't even look at you when answering you. That's why if I know I'll need help, I go to the ones in the Bronx or Manhattan, huge difference.

This store stinks. No employees around to help and the employees that are there have no idea what they are doing

Mr. Marshall at appliance area was very helpful and courteous to me and my daughter thank you for all your assistance

Please cater to Senior Citizens who can’t stand for long periods of time, accommodation of seats/chairs would be appreciated.

Trevor greeted me as I was looking at window blinds. He recognized that I was looking for a size I did not immediately find. Trevor identified the item I needed on the high shelf and immediately retrieved a ladder to help me fulfill my shopping needs. In addition, Trevor was friendly, courteous, and interacted with a big smile. This shopping errand turned into a delightful experience thanks in part to Trevor.

Yesterday I visited in New Rochelle after at least 6months since my last visit. Staff greeted me, asked me if I needed assistance, even went outside to get me a shopping cart. This is NOT the Home Depot in New Rochelle six months ago. Very happy with the professionalism of people working there.

Water the plants please!!!

I’ve noticed better customer service, and generally, happier employees, as of late. Of course, more knowledgeable associates, in each dept., would be better, .. but, 99% of the time, I already know what I want, so for me, I guess that particular aspect doesn’t apply.

I often shop at this Home Depot. When I have requested help it is usually available. The staff is generally responsive and helpful.

Kudos to customer service guy, Mr. David, who helped us through the process of purchase and and application…

I have been going there 23 years because it is nearby. An ebb and flow in service quality. Right now it is in ebb. Few staff, many new and don't know anything, aisles cluttered with things you have to fight around to get to the shelf. Long lines at the registers unless you go at a real off time. Never, ever, see a manager.
