YOUR LAWN AND GARDEN PERSON IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE PERSON AND A VERY HARD WORKER. HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY EXCEPTIONAL.

This store has the most courteous, professional associates. Jose in the plumbing department was excellent. He went over and beyond his job duties. He assisted me for a lengthy period of time and helped me with my purchase. I came in for a Bath Accessory Kit which I found on line. The kit was not readily available at this store. This young man did stock research and then we went over to the computer. The computer did not show the length of the towel bar in the kits. Jose went above and beyond and was the main reason I made the purchase that I did. The front end cashier, Wallace-WBQ44J brightened Home Depot. He was a happy employee which transmitted to me smiling during checkout. Courteous, Professional young men, they are a true asset to Home Depot.

Store does not accept AmEx traveler's checks unless your purchase is greater than the amount on the check. Cashier waited until after I signed over the check to HD before finding out if it could be accepted. Cashier manager admitted she couldn't provide the policy - why is that, HD? Associate in tools section was helpful, guy in building materials area left the area so quick the Flash couldn't have kept up with him. Multiple bad experiences at this location. If I must go to HD I go to Hawthorne where selection is better and sales team provides better customer service.

My experience in this store was great. I received very good customer service. The associate was very patient and helped me tremendously in locating the products on my list.

Shopping in garden center, staff were unavailable for helping, the available staff did not speak any English whatsoever. Extremely dissatisfied especially as a woman lugging large garden items into my cart no assistance was offered.

Wish it was bigger & newer. I go to every Home Depot south Florida, Long Island, New York so compare a lot. Still love better then lowes. Shopping since 1982

I am in the process of changing my kitchen cabinet color and to my chagrin, I was able to receive fast efficient and reliable service from the home depot employees. I was in and out of the store within five minutes and the best part of all is I saved so much money by changing the cabinet color from maple to black (flat finish). I am ecstatic!

The store was clean and I didn't have to wait long to check out with my item.

I came to purchase a quart size can of paint for a small touch up job and needed help matching the color. The sales associate helped and suggested the roller, brush and tray combination. I was very satisfied.

There are 3 home depots I shop in, the New Rochelle store is, by far, the most organized, cleanest, and friendliest associates, of the 3 stores.

When I got to the store I opened a credit card to use. While at check out there was an issue. The management came over and quickly resolved the issue without any problems. They were helpful, courteous and professional.

We came to return a closet system that we decided not to use. A few of the items were in the store, others had to be ordered online and delivered to the store. The first Associate wee encountered, Shane, was very professional and helpful. Because on line items were being returned past 90 days there was a problem. He contacted Marie, who was NOT helpful. She said items could not be returned without making ANY REAL EFFORT to help. She told ME to call online store and I was not happy with their response either, as they simply tried to quote "company policy" about 90 day limit. In the meantime my wife had asked for the store manager since Shane was not able to override system and Marie REFUSED to help. The Store Mgr was understanding, telling Marie She should have called online store instead of me. He reminded her that SHE should have been fighting for us since they often have to accommodate online store often. She took the return for in store items, but only gave us store credit for online items. We feel her Customer Service skills are sorely lacking, as well as her lack of empathy. I am sure this will merely be swept under the rug, but feel the need to express my dissatisfaction at the way we were treated

Kindness is FREE and costs Home Depot NOTHING... and yet everyone that works at this store is, grumpy, unfriendly, uncaring, rude, not knowledgable. THIS HOME DEPOT HAS TERRIBLE AWFUL MANAGEMENT. It does not cost you one penny to tell your workers EITHER YOU BE NICE AND FRIENDLY TO THE CUSTOMERS OR YOU WILL BE FIRED! The cashiers do not even say THANK YOU!!!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE. Every time I go to this store I say to myself- I am NEVER GOING TO GO BACK!!!. IT IS AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE- no workers cares- Home Depot is going WAY DOWN HILL!! What good are you cheap prices when it means dealing with RUDE, PEOPLE

Everything was fine except the wait time for an associate, the department was very busy that day and only one associate was available to assist.

An Associate went above and beyond to locate an item for me. He was very pleasant and accommodating. It was a surprising experience for a store of this size.

I already know what I'm getting and where everything is located. I also make a cart before I get to Home Depot so that I know if what I'm looking for is available when I get there. The HD app makes it even better because it tells you Asile and Bin location of the products.

Shopping at the New Rochelle store is a better experience than the store at Gunhill Road in the Bronx. It is worth driving the extra 2 miles.

Hello, I am a frequent shopper at Home Depot and I just wanted to take time out of my day to let you know what a fantastic job Johnny Mulero and Richard in the plumbing department provided. Johnny helped me look for an item, got the ladder and got the item for me. In my experience, in other Home depots, if it's not on the shelf they would say it's not in stock without looking for the item. As for Richard he helped me find the items I needed for my plumbing repair and walked me through everything. I am so happy I had such a great experience at this Home depot because I was really losing faith in the customer service experience with Home depot as a company. They deserve commendations and a free lunch. GREAT JOB GUYS. I thank you.

I was pleasantly surprised to find plenty of Associates available today and very knowledgeable and helpful. In the past I have not had such a good experience. There was no wait at checkout and the cashier was pleasant and friendly.

THE STORE ASSOCIATES AND STORE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT A DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS WAS SCHEDULED WHEN, IN FACT, THEY NEVER SCHEDULED THE DELIVERY. THE STORE MANAGER CLEARLY MISREPRESENTED DURING TELEPHONE CONVERSATION. THE STORE ASSOCIATE PROVIDED A TELEPHONE NUMBER TO CALL TO CONFIRM DELIVERY BUT NO ONE ANSWERS THE TELEPHONE. HOME DEPOT CORPORATE NEEDS TO CONSIDER CHANGING THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS STORE.
