At new Smyrna store sales cashier Desiree went above and. Beyond to help me with a problem I had with the paint department. Walked with me to figure out the problem assessed, and fully made my visit amazing.. couldn't have been more helpful than she was

Super friendly, courteous, helpful. You will not have any trouble finding someone to assist you and I guarantee they will be able to answer your questions and take you to what you are looking for. Very knowledgeable staff. Super nice! Top to bottom this place rules!

I have recently moved to New Smyrna Beach. This necessitated several trips to Home Depot for tools, paint, etc. each time I was greeted and offered assistance at the entrance. In each department there were employees ready and willing to assist. Made shopping there a very pleasant experience.

The employees there are so much more approachable and personable. I had a few questions about tile and the cashier Jane was so very kind and helped me even though this was not her department. When she was not sure of a grout that I was thinking of purchasing she approached another worker in the department to help me. Before she left she made sure that there wasn't anything else that I needed. This woman went above and beyond her duty to make sure that I was satisfied. I will return due to her.

This store is our favorite, We can always find what we need, and everyone is so helpful and friendly. My husband and I are retired, but we stay busy working around the home. like remodeling, building decks. and restoring furniture.. Home depot is out second home some weeks.

I stopped in to find several items, a furnace filter, paint, a wall clock, and allen wrench. At each inquiry the Home Depot employees at the New Smyrna Beach store not only helped me to find what I was looking for, but were also friendly and willing to engage in conversation with my wife and I.

The store is close to my house, so I shopping always in here, some employees are very interested in help, but some disappear on you. anyways I think will be great if there is more employees available

THE STORE IS VERY CLEAN AND WELL ORGANIZED. ASSISTANCE WAS MADE AVAILABLE UPON MY REQUEST. THEIR EXPERTISE WAS GOOD.

The employees are great but the store's aisles are too crowded with stock to maneuver through the store. Numerous aisles were closed due to stocking which should have been done before the store opens each day

This is more about a return and how it was handled so please bare with me. Item DCK240C2, and its incompatible batteries according to the manuals that were provided. But the representative at Dewalt says, they are the previous version DCB207 which is now DCB201. How can I give an honest review about using a product when the product comes with not only 1, but 2 incompatible batteries via the manuals provided for each tool. The batteries should have been DCB203's since they would be the closest looking to what was shown on the picture! Like, the fact that the DCB207 was replaced by the DCB201 and the DCB201 is incompatible with the charger that was provided, this probably explains why there are so many issues with the charging/batteries with this set. Or the fact that I called up the Home Depot online service #, talked to a rep & she called the store, talked to the assistant manager, and I was told that I could get the battery issue fixed. Instead to get to the store, he called Dewalt instead of swapping out for the correct batteries, and then have him basically tell me I'm not getting them replaced. I've ended up returning the items and will ensure minimal shopping at THD from now on!

Lumber, Tools, Returns and Check Out employees are amazing!!! Never had such a enjoyable experience before at a Home Depot and want them to know they are doing a great job!!!

Store does not honor ALL military personnel that served our country honorably with a 10% discount. Too bad.

I feel sorry for all the hard working employees in this store. There is never enough staff available to help customers in a timely manner.

Inventory at this store is in such disarray just go to Port Orange Store they got most always have.

I use the lumber entrance mostly and always find carts ready for my needs. Anyone I ask is very helpful finding, loading what I want.

Over all the New Smyrna Beach Store is the best resource for home improvement products and tools in this area. For the most part store associates are helpful and friendly. However, often it is hard to find a store associate when you need assistance.

If you are buying appliances Charlie is your man. He made my experience stress free and he is funny.
