I went to my local Home Depot to get a new matching bulb for my kitchen. It looks as if the particular bulb I need is no where to be found in my area. The entire bulb department has mutated and metastasized. I spent an hour looking for a specific bulb. This used to be easy. You ask if I would recommend. Recommend what?

Kirk in hardware was super helpful. Couldn't believe how extensive his knowledge was.

I bought a stackable washer and dryer and Jocelyn was very helpful. Even looked up you tube videos to show me how everything works.

Staff is awesome!!!!!!!! Ever have an issue, they address it right away!!!!

There are so many times, and so many of the Home Depot staff that are so kind, helpful, and always there to answer questions and to offer insights and support on top of support! Elle, Gina, Sara, BARBARA and so so many others are the greatest!

All items I order to this store come damaged

They always offer me good advice, locating the product, and assists with loading if needed. The staff is friendly, patient and courteous. I have shopped at a few other Home Depots in Delaware, and I always come back to the Suburban Plaza location.

The young man in grills and the customer service young woman in customer service worked extra hard to make sure I could get the grill I wanted put together and delivered before the holiday. Now that’s service!

I was looking for a window a/c unit online and was happy to see the variety of top recommended products available and the reasonable prices. They also had good descriptions of each product so I was able to made a decision based on days, (yes days), of research and comparisons. Delivery was fairly quick and I feel good about my purchase. The staff there are helpful and I know if I have any questions I can ask and they will do their best to give me a good answer. I have no hesitation shopping there and this will not be the last thing I purchase there..

Home Depot 1610 in Newark Delaware is a nice store. Friendly and helpful associates. Well stock. Clean. Well organized. Always a pleasure to visit and see all the terrific stufff.

Had a great experience. Staff was polite and professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend this store. Everything was neat and easy to find.

Not very satisfied with the service provided. The cashier told me go walk over to customer service for help with gift card. I knew that it sould be resolved without me walking over to customer service. I figured it out without going to customer service. Not sure why I wasn't able to be assisted using my gift card from American Express.

After I signed a contract and paid in full I received a phone call the next day from Sheri, the customer order specialist that they forgot to add some things to the order and I owe additional $560. She was not very pleasant about it either and “the doors won’t be installed until the balance is paid off”. She spoke to me like I made these mistakes, disregarding the contract I signed and entered the day prior. Also, when they say that install is $750 per door that is very misleading. There is a bunch of charges added on top of that, including every glue and screw they may use and some “points” system, totaling the install of each door well over $1k. Very disappointing.

The folks at store 2610 are the best always so courteous and knowledgeable. The store itself is always clean. The parking lot never has stray carts roaming the lot. Way better than the other stores around me.

I had excellent help from Eli B in selecting and purchasing Lifeproof LVT flooring, as well as a Home Decorators Collection bathroom vanity and a Moen faucet set. He was patient while showing me various options, and worked with me through the checkout process.

Will be purchasing more items in the near future to complete my deck project

I utilize approx. 6-7 Home Depots in my geographic work area. This store and the one in Glen Mills/Concord Twp. Pa are my 2 favorites.

Colleen that worked the register in the garden center was so kind and the guy that helped me with the bags of rocks was also kind, very helpful people and very fast. I didn’t have to wait long at all.

The employees are friendly and helpful, the items are always in stock, and the store is clean and spacious.
