I always enjoy shopping at this location of Home Depot in Newburgh. I walk in and instantly someone is there to help and not only ask if I need help, but to tell me where I can find what I am looking for and take me to exactly where it is. Excellent customer service!! Busy shopping season and the time that gentleman saved me looking down each isle was a blessing and very helpful. Thank you!! Happy Holidays.

Great Toy Store for grown ups to go to fix their home or do a project. Classes are given to beginners on the home-do-list which is great help.

The store was clean, well staffed...was able to find a variety of products that were in several departments with a couple employees directing me as I moved on to next department...

Great Place

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted and smiled at by people who actually looked like they were happy to work there. And helped above and beyond. From Charlene in the paint department to the Santa Claus look alike in the Appliance Department we were treated as if they knew us for many years. Very friendly and knowledgeable in their respective departments. Our cashier was very sweet as well. Her name was Crystal. If I'm in the area again I would definitely return to the store.

The store is always neat and clean and well staffed. I most always find what we are looking for. Recommend this store to others.

Simply put, all the staff at the store was kind, friendly and absolutely knowledgeable when asked questions. They go out of the way to assist you. I have also heard very good comments from handyman and painters I have hired to do a job at my home. They too had recommended the store for stuff I had to get.

Sam and Ray were extremely helpful in helping me find a washing machine on a Sunday night at 730pm. Ray even cut his lunch short to help me. And both of them helped me put it in my minivan. Thanks again.

Employees Stevie in the building department is a wonderful asset to the store. He goes out of his way to help you and show you different options you may use. The cashier was also knowledgeable and check me out very quickly. They seem to have efficient amount of cashiers when people are getting off work and going to the store.
