MY entire house is Home Depo, Next project is kitchen!

I am aggravated about my experience with trying to purchase Pine Ball Top Finial for fence posts. last evening we saw on your website that there were 24 available at the newport news store. So we drive 10 miles there, and looked every where for the item, store employee in the back tried to help with no success. So we basically wasted our evening to pick an item that was not there, but you website said it was there. Got home and order same item online. Now i get an email that order is cancelled. Definitely not a good experience with Home Depot.

zi had contact with multiple stuff in aisle, at check out and in the lot at propane tanks. Great service!

I greatly appreciate the fact that Eric (a manager) went above and beyond to get a Halloween Golden Retriever that was not available on the shelf! He had to track it down and retrieve the item. It exemplified great customer service! I am very appreciative!

I had a plumbing issue I went to your store and I was helped by Anthony and Nelson. They were both extremely helpful. Nelson showed me in detail how to fix my leaking diverter and help me get all the parts since Anthony helped me with the parts. also they are both very kind and helpful. They are good employees!

Stir always cluttered and help is not to be found. I travel to Gloucester when I need large items

Went in looking for something to kill Bermuda Grass in my flower beds. The young lady in the Garden Center was very helpful. She looked up the product and told me where it was located in the store.

First time at Red Lobster in a while don’t visit as frequently as i did since the one in my town closed. The Restaurant was clean and service was good. Only issue was after the initial glass of water was consumed the waitress never refilled my water glass.

We were able to complete our remodeling work on time.

The elderly gentleman working in the carpet department misspelled my last name on my order. When I called it to his attention to correct, he dismissed it and said it didn't matter, that it would be corrected down the line. Well it was not. The installers had the incorrect name when they came to install. I did not like having the pay the full amount of the carpet and installation in advance, but was told it is a Home Depot policy. Not good!
