I went to buy shelving and was immediately assisted. The clerk even loaded my cart and walked me to my car and loaded the shelving in my car.

I would like to say all of the associates that work at Home Depot are extremely helpful! They are always more than willing to help with any questions or to help load your vehicle. Everytime I shop at Home Depot it is a pleasant experience!

Great customer service and prices. Saved a thousand dollars on wood flooring. Had it all picked out at another store. Brought in my sample piece and home depot matched it. Saving me big money. Looking forward to next project. Redoing a bathroom. Will definently be back. Thank you again home depot.

I purchased an expensive finish removing product. Upon opening the product, I noticed it wasn't as advertised as far as how it could be applied. The outside of the can said it is sprayable. It was a blob, and stirring did not help. It was late at night, so I did not run back to return it. It did not work. It dried out too fast, did not spread well with a brush, and could not be rolled with a paint roller. I spent hours cleaning the product off the fireplace surround. Upon calling the manufacturer the next day, it was FINALLY revealed it was past shelf-life. The representative said by only 3 months, but I doubt that is true. Home Depot refunded my money, but I now have to do something different, I had wood flooring installed the following day so had no time to try anything different. As of today, I will have to completely cover the area around and be very careful not to step in anything OR sand this surround which has many grooves. Home Depot said the manufacturer is supposed to contact them about pulling it off the shelf. I am paying for somebody's error.

Quick and easy to find what I needed. The cashiers and associates were helpful.

Needed help with flooring had several associates help. All were pleasant courteous and professional.

We went to buy a snowblower. We ended up buying more things. We will be working on landscaping for our patio in the spring and was excited to buy products today even though it was snowing outside.

When looking for carpet remnants, Brian made suggestions that met my needs and were 25% off. Paul and Brian were kind enough to cut the carpet into smaller sizes even though this is not Home Depot's usual procedure. This is very helpful and grately appreciated. Thank you!

I have visited several stores within the same industry and Home Depot has consistently provided the best customer service and support. No matter the task there is always a knowledgeable associate that can provide all the support that is rrequired. They made our home remodel a great experience!!!!

Always helpful, always top-notch customer service, this Home Depot does things right. The leadership from the store manager is front and center and it shows by the actions of her employees. They go out of their way to earn your business and during our recent storms their service and support were outstanding. Knowing prices are competitive, having an edge in true customer service sets them above their competitors.

Associates that we came across were very friendly and knowledgable, and the store was very clean! We very much enjoyed our visit and even left with a couple things not originally on our list!

We were looking for a generator for an elderly lady without power. They had one that was a display and were willing to sell it. Later it quit working and would not start. An associate came out to this house and tried to help start it. It never did start, but he made the effort above and beyond what was expected.

I've always had good luck at the Normal store. The layout is comparable to any large box, and the helpfulness of the associates makes the difference between a good and great experience. I've had returns and always been pleased with service, wait times, etc.

In buying a snow blower for this winter the assiciate provided some suggestions on assembly of the device. With his knowledge I was able to buy the additional items I needed before I left the store instead of having to find out later then having to drive across town again. A+

I have never been disappointed with my experience at this store. Staff have always been friendly, happy, and willing to help at a moments notice. I very much appreciate this. I have been to other similar stores and have had multiple horrible experiences, Im glad this Home Depot is here so I don't have to dres going to stores like this to get the supplies I need. (And it always smells so good!)
