like I said, I was kind of in a mood when I came into the store, found the things I needed quickly and when I got to the registers, JEN me that I should have everything I needed. she spoke to me in a very kind and professional manner. Jennifer, in garden was extremely helpful and very kind to me. she new everything I needed to know about the plants and trees along with the types of fertilizer and seed. it was a pleasure working with her. she is a great asset to your store....thank-you

Home depot is one of my favorite stores to go to. I can get in and out quickly with what I went in for and if needed, typically there are several knowledgeable associates available to assist!

The store was clean. Associates were available and helpful. What I like about Home Depot is when an associate does not know where a product or item is,he will find an associate who does.

Home Depot is my go-to place for just about everything for the home and yard. I usually check Home Depot online first for products I'm not already aware of. I go directly to get what I came for but always check out the sale and discounted items available before checking out. The lumber cull cart often has something I can buy quite reasonably priced and the garden and paint depts also have great deals if you catch them on time!

Can never find an associate when you need one, they always hide in this store. Caught one sniffing coke once in the lumber isle all the way in teh back near roofing material

We own a General Construction company, so it is important to get what I need and get to work. Both Christian and Chris make this happen. I can call to inquire what I need and by the time I arrive the merchandise is ready and waiting for me. Even at times where I need material but I am stuck on the job site their Pro delivery service makes it easier for me to keep working while they bring material to me. Overall, this is what allows me to keep doing business! We always recommend this store.

I went to the store specifically for 2 white garden stands. I could only find one. An associate named Alex offered to help me and found a different color stand. He offered to paint that one white for me and I could pick them up the next day. I was very impressed with the level of customer service !

The cleaning product I wanted was located on the lowest shelf, and at the end of the shelf. I did not correctly interpret the product label. I sought and obtained assistance. When he had difficulty with the computer search, he asked a senior associate, who knew exactly where to find the product I needed. It was important to the first person I asked that he find what I needed. Thank you Ben.

Went in to place an order for Veranda Vinyl Fencing we had already looked up the list of supplies needed to do the project but just wanted to see / touch the product before ordering. Joshua was our store Associate he was very friendly and knowledgeable

Professional associates. Helpful associates. I found someone's Home Depot Credit Card on the ground in the parking lot on my way back to my car, and returned it the closest cashier. She then took it to cuatomer service. The outdoor associate watched my cart while I went back into the store

found everything in a timely fashion. when i couldn't find a particular item, the store employees were very wiling to help. overall good shopping trip.
