I met with Andre who was able to locate the pallet and inform me that I would probably need to rent a truck or have it shipped. I had no idea shipping was an option and he introduced me to Jessie who assisted in setting up the delivery. I made mistake in the shipping and Max and Yggy were able to assist in correcting my error. They all did an outstanding job. This is my first time doing a survey and it is specifically because of the assistance I received. Thank you again Andre, Jessie, Max, Yggy

The store is well organized, clean and the employees are very helpful and friendly employees.

This Home Depot is a step above the others I have visited. I travel a distance to shop here because the associates are always helpful. They assist is locating merchandise and stay with me while I make my selections. The check out process is efficient. The store is spotless and the products are stocked and available. I highly recommend this Home Depot.

I had a very nice experience today at Home Depot. Luis from plumbing department helped me find everything I needed to contact my refrigerator to the water. I just showed him some pictures with my connection under my sink and everything he gave me fitted perfect. Thank you so much Luis! I also want to mention Claudette , the cashier, helped me order a plug online. I just explained her what I need and she found it online for only $4. Thank you for an amazing customer service!

I had issues ordering tiles online that showed in stock but weren’t. Tried twice and got my order canceled both times. Needed job done ASAP and tile right away for job to get done. Lily in customer service helped me and was able to price match the tile for a close match. Very happy with the service I received

Friendly and efficient professionals that will assist you and make the experience smooth and quick. They don't just point you in the direction of the aisle they actually walk you there and make sure that you found what you are looking for so that and make sure you have all you need before walking away. Awesome experience every time I have been in this store.

Had an great experience this morning Albert in paint is very knowledgeable I saw something on Facebook and showed him he immediately knew what it was and where it was and walked me over and also helped me get the right rollers. Then Tavaris saw I needed a carriage because underestimated my Home Depot trip he went and got one then helped me find a sprayer I was looking for and last but not least Milagro at the register was so friendly also we were talking about my project and she seemed as excited about it as I did, definitely a great morning experience with all three. Thank you all so much

GREAT LOCATION LOTS OF STOCK FRIENDLY STAFF

The store was neat, the personnel friendly and helpful. Not a big fan of self-checkout as it eliminates jobs. You should train your cashiers to be quicker at the checkout. Personal interaction is important. We are people not machines. Self checkout removes the interaction.

Great customer service here...this has always been our go-to Home Depot store. Years ago, we bought kitchen cabinets & appliances as we were remodeling our home, and we encountered a slight problem with a counter fitting. The manager of the store actually came out to our house--surveyed the work, and immediately had it resolved with their contractor. Like the same day. Their customer service is beyond what you'd expect from any big box retailer... highly recommend this store!

Employees are customer-friendly and very knowledgeable. As a customer I would pay closer attention to how busy the store might be at certain hours. It is always an educational experience to shop at Home Depot! 5/5 would definitely recommend to a friend.

Went in to purchase a $400.00 Nexgrill only to be greeted by a gum chewing "What do you want" question from your associate. I explained that I was interested in a particular grill. Next thing I know she's walking away without saying a word. I had to search for another associate who attempted to assist. After about 10 min both associates show up with a huge box and say, " here it is". Here is what? I replied. Your grill they said. At this point I just walked out. No one took the time to find out what I wanted, if they would have, they would have known that i wanted the grill assembled and not in a huge box. Anyway, enough said. NO REGARD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Talk about right attitude at NHollywood/Stirling Store # 6310. Marie H at D21 helped me find the rods i was looking for. Brought a ladder and checked the inventory on the upper shelf to find my stuff. Great attitude of this employee. She is a keeper! Friendly and courteous, knows her stuff. Also at this store there is this head cashier Tremellody, another wonderful employee with a smile to spare at all times; always in a good mood and willing to assist. Congratulations to the store manager who hired Marie H and Tremellody!.

Above average customer service

The store is clean, inventory is great, staff always assists and are knowledgable. My best experience was on a phone order and delivery, the person taking the order was excellent, her name is Jody.

The experience is always a good one. There is much to choose from as well as the assistance from the employees and knowledge of product! I want to also add the assistant of the young men asking to help load your car is greatful! The young man by the name of Alejandro was very helpful and should be commended for his hard work.

This is the store nearest my home. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store. Over the years it seems that most employees I encounter do not know their stock. Very few are helpful. And it is often hard to find the employees that you need. There should be a phone that CUSTOMERS can use in each department so that they can call an employee for help. I feel that customers are at the mercy of the store. There is not much customer appreciation.

The store is great the only issue I had was that when I asked for assistance in understanding a product the employee stated that he would be right back to help me but after waiting almost 10 minutes he did not return, so I did not purchase that product
