I went to this location which I have always had good experiences in the past to pick up boxes and moving supplies in anticipation of my change of residence in the coming week. I picked up 10 boxes medium/large and a few other items. Once I reached the register area, a helpful associate suggested I could go to the the self checkout. It was there that I was watched within a few feet distance by an associate named Margaretta. I asked if there was something she needed from me, she didn’t respond. She watched as I scanned item by item, then had the audacity once I finished scanning to go through my items on the screen in front of me. She then made the remark, you scanned all of your items and walked away. I feel that my experience with this associate “Margaretta” was racially driven on her part. This is the first time that this has ever happened to me in a public setting and it makes me wonder how much she represents the core values of Home Depot. Whether she knew my professional credentials or not, I did not deserve to be stalked, harassed, and then made to feel like I would try to steal cardboard boxes worth $1.50 each. I will avoid this location in the future.

Customer Service is the key to success in any business. With that said, this store is beyond most! From the caring staff who pro-actively requested if I needed help (perhaps the perplexed look on my face when I went to the wrong isle looking for a certain type of light bulb). Then not only telling me the isle but ESCORTING me there, right to the product I needed was very impressive! (usually you have to find staff who then have to get someone from that department or just tell you an isle number and then disappear!) Even with her mask on, I could tell that she was truly happy that she had helped a customer! The cashier was equally cheerful and helpful. I had just opened a charge account with the store, but had not received my card and she showed me how to gain access to use it without the physical card! Then wished me a heartfelt Happy Holidays! You are doing a great job of selecting and training the best in class! Bravo!

Although this store has massive volume daily the staff keeps it running well. It may be chaos but its organized chaos.

Caesar in the painting department was so so helpful, patient, polite and had a great sunny disposition. You can see he loves his job and takes pride in it! A true GEM. And Lynna at check out was a bright sunshine too! Helpful, cheerful, professional and warm. Truly a great check out experience. It was sincere care also! Shout out to Lynna and Caesar! 5 stars for each of them!

The store was well kept and things were plenty and in order. My favorite part of this trip was my check out girl.. she went above and beyond and was so friendly. I really feel her attitude is an asset to this store and I definitely hope she gets a special something for her service. I think she would make a great leader there because of her attitude and knowledge. Positive attitudes are needed in every business, especially now when online shopping is so popular, and covid makes me not want to go out. So workers like her make it worth it..

Great service. As soon as I entered the store an employee asked me if I needed help, which I appreciate because I went directly to the isle that I needed to go.

I received help from cashier marcia today I came in the store to buy Lysol there was non left on the self i explain to her how I've been looking and couldn't find and and she was kind enough to give me two can that she was going to purchase and I really do appreciate her because she didn't have to do that. please thank her again me and my family are greatful.

Best selection, better stock. If you're looking for flooring or blinds, ask for Virginia. I tried to order customized sliding panels and it took going to 5 different Home Depots before I could find someone who knew anything about these panels. I was given the run around by staff in every other store. Home Depot needs more employees like "Virginia" who are very knowledgeable and helpful, plus very friendly and patient and determined to ensure your shopping experience is a pleasant one. Dealing with her restored my opinion of Home Depot.

It is a great shopping experience, I always find what I am looking for if not the team of employees are always there to assist. The store is well organized and clean which makes it safer. The employees are ultra friendly with a big smile of their face and happy to serve you.

A young man in the garden department Tyreek, was very helpful, he went out of his way to place some heavy items in my shopping cart and trunk. I could not have done it on my own.

The return was quick and easy. Clerk helpful. Mike in Electrical department was extremely helpful. Took me to other areas to get other items I needed.

The store was clean, shelves mostly full, employees who assisted me, went out of their way to locate what I needed. AND the employees were 'smiling'! Amazing!! Thank yall for all your help.
