Clean Store! Employee's know where items are in the store..They don't point in the direction, they tell you the aisle number and will walk you right to the item you are looking for. Well stocked too!

Bill in the Paint Dept. knows his job!!! Always get him to help! He is very knowledgeable and has a GREAT eye for color!! Jennifer the Cashier and Brian at the Service Desk was very kind, understanding and professional !! I had an issue with the HD Credit Card Customer Service ( which sucks) and was told the problem on the sales transaction July 4th was my problem. Cashier Brian on the other hand (within minutes of entering the store) FIXED the issue. Come to find out it was no problem for HD to keep a customer happy. I will go back! Just won't use the "Get A Credit Card $25 promo". Canceled my HD Credit Card. They take cash.

associates helped me find what i needed and did not act like sales person trying to sell me something but let me look and decide - i liked this alot and very neat friendly atmosphere and cashier was nice too-THANKS

Knowledgeable people were available to help guide me to the right products and their location. The store was too hot! Customers wiping sweat, buy what they have to and get out. The additional cost for more reasonable Air Conditioning would be covered by more product out the door. Customers would take more time to shop. This may allow them to find other things that might not been on their list. Most of my visits I'm working out how to "fix" or do something new, and I like take my time to find what items I may need. Also people tend to get "testy" when they are uncomfortable, both customers and employees. Cold natured people can always add clothes, there is only so much hot people can take off, lol

Extremely helpful and efficient staff. Mixed my paint quickly and assisted by suggesting other items that might be needed for the project.

I was treated very courteously and offered assistance by employees who were just passing by when I was looking at products in the aisles. No one could have been more helpful though, than the employee with whom I worked, to design a remodeling project; he made the time very productive and was helpful in so many ways. I am very impressed with this and will put this store at the top of my list for future projects.

Received timely help from each employee I talked with. From the lady who answers the store phone when I called, to the employee who will be working with me on a home remodeling project, I could not have asked for better assistance. Great store!

EL Cooper has helped me on two seperate occasions. First, suggesting an HVAC tune-up which ended with the technician finding terrible buildup from the home PO. My unit now runs better, the house SMELLS better and all thanks to a suggestion from EL! This caused me to return to buy a mower. I loaded it up and EL caught me and asked if I needed any help with anything else. We chatted and she helped me through the rest of my visit. She is an asset to your team, and exudes EXCELLENT customer service!

Happy to save money by applying for the store card and got approved and took off $25 from my purchase!

I've frequented this store regularly for many years, but the availability of associates and selection of products has really gone downhill recently. However, their kids workshop on the first Saturday of each month is the best ran of all the stores in our area!
