My boyfriend and I are avid DIYers and often rely on the team of folks at the local Home Depot for assistance. Everyone has always been very knowledgeable and friendly and willing to assist. several associates ask if you need help, whether you do or not, if you do they are happy to assist you. even if it is in another department, most of them know enough to tell you what aisle you need to go to in order to get what you're looking for. that impresses me!

All I needed was easily found and everyone just makes you feel at ease being in this store.

I shop frequently at store #0728 in Knoxville, TN. The associates are very friendly and helpful. There is usually someone at the entrance to direct me to the right aisle if I am looking for something specific. Returns are easy and fast.

The store on Schaad Road in Knoxville is the cleanest in Knoxville and has the friendliest staff. I moved further west in Knoxville, but still prefer to travel to this Home Depot to shop.

Store was well lit, associates that I came in contact with were friendly and knowledgeable. I was pressed for time on this particular visit and it was really great to find an associate close by and one that knew where everything was that I needed. The cashier at check-out was friendly and had the perfect personality to interact with customers as they checked out.

The paint desk man helped me find the product I was looking for and the cashier was friendly and professional as well.

I came in for interior paint color samples. Wanda ask if she help me find anything and I told her what I needed. She was very friendly and took me to the paint color samples where I got what I needed. She suggested that after I choose my color to use Behr paint for better quality.

As a Career & Technical Education Teacher I often have to shop for material for my student's projects. I always go to this Home Depot because the associates are always awesome in their knowledge and readiness to help. The products are easy to find and the store is always clean and well stocked.

This is about the web site information pertaining to in-store availability. Did a general search for a drill driven water pump. Found several options. The great thing about the web site is it identified the item as being in-store, and included the aisle and bay location. Went to the North Knox location and found the item immediately at the price listed on the web site! Bought the pump and have used it. Thanks Home Depot. My project will get done a lot faster.

The associate that helped us out with our purchase, Steve, was absolutely amazing. He went away above his associate role. He made sure we were completely pleased with everything, and made sure that we had the earliest delivery date! This is not the first time we have had amazing customer service with this home depot, this home depot goes way above to help their customers! We will always use this home depot!!!!
