This is about the web site information pertaining to in-store availability. Did a general search for a drill driven water pump. Found several options. The great thing about the web site is it identified the item as being in-store, and included the aisle and bay location. Went to the North Knox location and found the item immediately at the price listed on the web site! Bought the pump and have used it. Thanks Home Depot. My project will get done a lot faster.

The associate that helped us out with our purchase, Steve, was absolutely amazing. He went away above his associate role. He made sure we were completely pleased with everything, and made sure that we had the earliest delivery date! This is not the first time we have had amazing customer service with this home depot, this home depot goes way above to help their customers! We will always use this home depot!!!!

Sometimes it is hard to find a person to help. When you do the employees are helpful and offer to help.

Clean store products fairly easy to find without help. Had to look a bit in the section were I was shopping but really found it without too much problem. Associate at the self check out greeted me and checked me out. Very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store.

Usually can find what I need. Occasionally I need to go elsewhere. Staff are always helpful. You have to wait your turn during high volume times, but that's just the way it is--and should be. Check out has always been easy. Today I encountered a young lady named Dorothy who was probably one of the best and friendliest cashiers I've ever met!

Had a RIGID tool repaired. The pro service team was very professional at both times of turning the tool in to be repaired and at the time of pickup when it was repaired in a timely manner. 100% satisify.

The folks at this store were very helpful and knowledgable. If they didn't have the answer to a question they quickly found someone who did. All the folks there worked together well. The gentleman that worked with me and took my order for home delivery of building materials was respectful and went out of his way to make sure that all my building supply needs were met without delay . Store associate greeted me upon entrance and was able to immediately direct me to store location for store items I needed - saving me search time.

This store has a great selection of items.I cannot justly say that the assosiates are super friendly, but this is what I have came to expect. On my last trip to this store not one associate talked to me, and when i tried to talk to Frank he blew me off and continued to walk away.

This Knoxville home depot is a great one stop shop for my needs as a plumbers helper. I have found great promotional sales and popular discounted items in this store.

Needed a piece of pressure treated lumber 32.74" long. Young man helped me find it and then gave me the courtesy of cutting it to order for me. We have plenty of tools at home, but my husband who was always the greatest "Mr. Fixit" has been diagnosed with ALS and can no longer do minor repairs. It was so kind to have this help from the HD associate. Purchased a storm door earlier this year. Found the salesman very knowledgeable and helpful and the installation was timely, well done and priced reasonably. THANKS HOME DEPOT!!

It was like pulling teeth to find a floor associate willing to help us. Taylor at the service desk and Dorothy the cashier were great but we went through that whole store twice without one other associate offering us any assistance. The best part of this store is that luckily it is just right down the street from a Lowe's!

Loved the offer of hot cocoa and gingerbread man while I shopped for my perfect Christmas tree! Serveral employees sought me out to offer any help I needed!

The store was very clean, associate in the roofing dept. was very helpful on a sealer for a mobile home. My wife ask about a different item and that associate advised her what aile to enter to find that item. All associates are very familiar with the entire store. Thank You!!! I spoke with manager and associates, concerning , where I purchased a set of roybi drils with 2 batteries and charger and bag. I explained charger has stopped charging and manager said bring it back to us and we will do an exchange. I purchased also the 6 piece combo set of roybi drils etc... After speaking with him during this visit. Excellent service! My wife and I are considering redoing our kitchen floors and other rooms in our house, so Home Depot will be seeing us again. Thank you!

Home Depot , managers and associates have always been willing to help my wife and I when visiting. When we purchase, it's been great, all are friendly and willing to assist, take or have large items at front cashier waiting when we get to the front of the store. When we had to return an item, friendly , gave guidance on procedures and policy. Searched for what we were looking for at others stores if they were out, called them , we went to other store and picked item up, with no hassle. Purchased refrigadares, stove, homedepot installers came install , friendly, and done a great job.

The mobile app guided me right to my item I wanted to buy. Great employees, I will always drive a little extra to get the Home Depot experience.

The associate in plumbing was very helpful ( I wish I had got his name). This is my 1st remodel using PEX as my primary piping we talked about the amount of piping I was using and if I would require a crimper are not. Then he helped pick the needed fittings for the job.

The store is great, all people are too. But if you are using your HomeDepot credit card be advised you can get 5% off. They sure wont tell you. I spent 1500.00 just this past weekend and no mention was made.

I Don't Know What Else To Say I Don't Do Surveys Only if I like something I don't have time and this is the only thing I don't like about surveys I answered all the Questions why do I have to put this in just show the survey I took, Home depot is great I go there as often as I need to I build things I repair my decks I patch my roof I gave 5 star rating gave all Excellent comments just shorten up your surveys how many ways can you say you I love the store I'm tired now if you want to know more call me Tomorrow you have my Number and Email

We had a manufacture defect with our lawnmower. It was leaking gas.The employees were quick to figure it out and replaced it without question.
