Purchased blinds for our new windows. All associates friendly and helpful. Found the right size blinds; needed them 48 inches or shorter, not 72. Lowe's only had the longer ones.

My wife and I Recently have purchased , security doors and a storm doors , Never have wrote a review on a company . But this story tops any experience I have ever had at any home improvement store . Just ordering the doors was a over the top ordeal . Even had to call the GM to get help . Being in my late 40s I’m not new to home improvements and repairs , the biggest thing to day was , they was coming to install My security doors and storm doors that We had purchased at Home Depot in Powell Tennessee after taking off a half-day vacation to be here during the timeframe that was planned , by the installment company That Home Depot contracts out To , I was contacted by the installer That he was sick in bed and was going to have to cancel . I completely understand anyone being sick , but they did not call untill 10mins till 2 to Cancel the install , the reason I am so upset Is that if he is sick and I do believe he was , they needed to call before 15 mins before the time frame they gave me , I lost a haft days pay all because they didn’t give me proper notice . Even if they had called me a hour in a Vance ,,I could had stayed at work and saved my vacation hours .so I’m out $80 out of my pocket do to poor Organization - Between ordering the doors getting help even at the store and the short notice of cancellation from the installer . And losing a haft days pay do to their lack of organization . I do not ever recommending home depot installing anything , much rather pay a little more and be treated with a little bit more respect .i did talk to the gm Dennis But calls him self bear , really didn’t seem like he cared or even make me feel like my concerns were even validated -validation of some ones Concerns is the foundation of customer relations , this store is a poor example of how to do business .

My husband and I are renovating our guest bathroom. We found super helpful associates who answered all our questions and provided helpful suggestions. The selection of product was also very good. The store was laid out very well and very clean and uncluttered. We will definitely be back!

I usually have good experiences at The Home Depot in N. Knoxville, but today was exceptional. The store was clean, as it usually is, but the employees were all so nice and on the ball. I expressed my need for assistance in getting a very heavy item, and that assistance showed up very quickly. He noticed that I'd gone straight for the register to check out and had the thoughtfulness to stick with me until I checked out. He pushed my cart to my car and loaded the item into the trunk for me. I dealt with 3 employees in total, and each of them were polite, friendly and helpful. I left in a better mood than I had when I arrived. I love this store!

Home Depot is a great store however the lack of knowledge and customer service is very poor in this specific store. The flooring department manager was very arrogant and useless. I am extremely disappointed in the management , never have I had such horrible service in a Home Depot before and I shop there a lot. With that said I know the Depot is all about customer satisfaction and when you can’t deliver that anymore then it is time to take my business elsewhere.

Love the selection of materials and tools, the gloves selection is also great. The app is AMAZING I click on it, it automatically knows what store I’m in so I search for a product while I’m there it tells me what isle and bay number to look in, and I’m there in a second I don’t have to set the store location i am at, it automatically does it .

Get some cashiers!!!! One cashier and 4 self checkouts open. I am spending $$$ in your store, I should not have to check myself out too!!!

Recently I was working recently I was working on rehabbing some historic African-American cemeteries. I approach the manager and told him about my need to secure the gates to keep illegal activity from occurring. The manager at this Clinton Highway store worked with me helping me to afford the materials and products I need to keep the cemetery secure from illegal activity.. then last night I was having major troubles with a shower faucet, and usually it's hard to find knowledgeable people in the evening at home improvement stores. Again I went to this store and interacted with a man in the plumbing department by the name of Teddy. He was super helpful and super knowledgeable not just with the products with the parts I needed and how I could repair thethe problem

You will find the employees very friendly, knowledgeable, and very willing to help if you have questions. There is always someone to load heavy items. You can call ahead and have materials ready to load before your arrive. The parking is great. It's an easy store to shop.

After I had made my purchase of which Sharon was very courteous and helpful. I was in the parking lot and was having a difficult time. Instead of turning and walking way Oland came and offered assistance. I didn't even realize he was any where around. That just doesn't happen! So I went in and spoke to the manager. Kudos to both Sharon and Oland. Great customer service!!!

store was restocking but still clean and safe

Glen on Pro contractors counter 2451 Schaad Rd. took ownership of the problem and entered a new order, Saturday morning, the manager from the kingston pike store said he would call up to there but didn't!!! My driver indicted the manager at the KP store acted like he could care less, not really caring about being out of materials!! He didn't follow through after i talked to him on the phone, i was driving down the interstate at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon, so i didn't have access to Work order #'s or part numbers of the materials!! He had all that in front of him, from my driver!!!

The store was clean and associates were helpful and knowledgeable. They were eager and happy to assist us.

The store smelled like a skunk when you entered the doors. Associates where very unfriendly they never spoke, asked if I was finding what I was looking for, or did not asked if they could help. Cashier was very rude and and unprofessional.

Clean, well stocked and well organized - Friendly and knowledgable staff. I have used them for all kinds of jobs including several Heat and Air units , carpet flooring and appliances. Good all round folks. I highly recommend them and the store.

I went to the Home Depot a couple of days before Easter to get an extra 20V Battery (for a weed-wacker) as an Easter Surprise for my hubby. When I got to the garden equipment area, I didn't know where to look and Jacob saw me floundering and offered to help. Not only did he help me find the area where the batteries are... when we discovered that this store was 'out' of them... he used his handy tool-thingy to check around and find what stores DID have them, then he called a store (that had 3 listed) and asked them to pull one off the shelf to save for me. He walked me through the whole buy-here-pick-up-there process, and it worked perfectly!!!! I was able to surprise hubby for Easter!!! Jacob is a ROCK STAR!!!!!

It's a very convenient home supply store. The store has a very ready to help staff, that what I like, it's never hard to find an associate on the floor.

What makes this store is the employees. They seem to have enough so that it is easy to find help. Also, the employees go out of their way most of the time to be friendly and helpful.

Management of this store is a constant and loyal supporter of our local community. This is my go-to place for all things related to my home and for friendly, helpful advice and assistance.

After 15 years of service, our GE washer, purchased at Home Depot, gave up. Excellent assistance from the floor employee. His knowledge of the merits of each brand and features allowed us to decide on better models while maintaining our budget. Purchased Maytag washer and dryer. He explained the delivery details, requirements and removal the old units. Although, delivery is handled by a third party, their professionalism in delivery, installation and check out of the units was as briefed by the Home Depot employee. Highly recommend Home Depot in general and the appliance department specifically.

Everyone is eager to help and the store is laid out so it is easy to find what you are looking for. All associates were friendly.

I visit this store often for different reasons. I have never had to wait for service or have a question answered. Everything I have bought and had installed by Home Depot arrived on time, was installed correctly and worked to my satisfaction.

GREAT SERVICE. Didn't just point to an isle. Brogan took me to the isle and helped me. Store was neat and clean. Worth the 30 mile drive.
