The store is the Best

The employees in this Home Depot store are incredible! They really care to show the customers the best possible service! It stems from the managers and how they lead, to each employee! I drive from the South West, all the way to this store, because I get incredible service from all the employees I have encountered in this particular store! I can find what I need, and if I can not, the employees help me find it. The store is incredibly organized, and always clean. I can always find an employee quickly, and eager to help me!

I love this store, it's my favorite Home Depot in Las Vegas. The staff is very helpful, negligible, and friendly. The store stay and great shape and I get excited to shop every visit.

Unless you know what you need and know where it is located in the store, get ready to go on a journey. Employees have no clue as to where things are or are very knowledgeable. Spent all my time waiting for assistance, being sent to another employee, then told to try looking in another isle. What is this a video game fetch quest? Went to the competitors store and was treated like my business was wanted.

Recently purchased a dishwasher. Marlyne was very helpful and took care of the transaction quickly. See her if she happens to be available.

The associates we dealt with were Mark in the paint dept. and Jennifer on the register, both delightful and helpful. They couldn't have done more for us.

Hardware assistance is rude. No products are stocked on shelf. I checked online and check in the store for quantity. Both say items are in stock . Employees will tell you it's not before they check . Then they disappear and don't come back. I bought a saw that came with no battehe never showed me where to get the battery for the saw . I returned the item and went to Lowe's and found a better deal on the same saw. And had a pleasant service and the rest of my day. It was a horrible experience shopping at home depot. And I will not be back and there will anyone else I know .

I always enjoy going to the Home Depot on Craig. Unlike other similar outlets, I get the best service and best selection of products. I also have taken advantage of sale items from time to time.

The cashier at the return desk was so helpful and patient. Thank you Emilia for going the extra mile to explain things and make things easier for us!

If you are looking into flooring ask for David. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Exemplary customer service.

This store is the best in the area. It is organized and clean, with happy employees. Look for Emileo in the wood area, he knows where everything is and is happy to help!

I would love to leave this review for Robert from Department 94 receiving & delivery and Tim and Tom from Tool Rental they went above and beyond so attentive friendly amazing they didn't give up till they helped us repair our Christmas tree that we brought.thanks to them my 3-year old will have a Christmas tree.

I like the low prices at Home Depot, it's close to my home . I can find what I am looking for most of the time.

Went to find a particular leaf blower that was on sale. There were none left on the shelves so I checked with customer service. She entered the info into the computer and found that there were still 9 in the store. She called the department and actually searched for the product going from one side of the store to the other. She found one and brought it to me. Excellent customer service!

They always have just what I need. The variety of household products is amazing. It is "easy" to find assistance and then the product. The employees are so helpful, they can even tell you how to DIY on projects. The most amazing thing is checkout, specifically "self" checkout, it is so fast! Sometimes I'm 'in & out' and back to the car in fifteen minutes.
