We love this friendly Home Depot in Lilburn! We find what we need either in store or online for our home and garden. The customer service is excellent! Thank you also for donations to Arcado Elementary School for the Outdoor classroom and the memory garden.

On the day of my purchase, which was the evening of December 12, 2025, a young man with a dark complexion assisted me at the checkout counter around 8:00 pm. He was extremely kind, courteous, and helpful, assisting me throughout the entire process. He even offered me a chair so I wouldn't have to stand. I also met the manager, Dennis, and both of them were incredibly friendly. They both provided excellent customer service.

Susan at the pro desk is great but all the employees do a good job we very happy.

I was pleasantly surprised that so many staff asked needed help! Fortunately I had the in store app that led me to the exact isle and bin for the item I was looking for. Well done Home Depot!

Not very busy. I purchased light bulbs they were all so very dusty and hidden on the shelf. It took me a while to find the items and no one seemed to be available to help they were gathered at the desk talking. I ended up going to outside gardening to check out. She was pleasant and got me in and out. Even looked up mulch at another store for me since they did not have it in stock.

This is the second time that Iwas charged for something that I didn’t get.

We had some problems locating certain items in the store and the staff was very helpful in helping us locate the items and answering questions.

I love my Home Depot; I have been a regular since I purchased my home in March of 2005. I have seen many team members come and go but the quality of the service has maintained its consistency. It’s a pleasure to be appreciated as a customer by team members who are professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I love the prices, promotions, easy access to items (onsite and online) and the team member diversity.

The Best Home Depot I’ve ever shopped in! Service goes past 100%

When the patio table I ordered was scratched upon delivery, I called the store to explain, and a new table was delivered immediately to replace the scratched one.

My refrigerator broke down and instead of trying to throw money at an old product, I decided to check out new models of refrigerators at my local Lilburn Home Depot. Dee was amazing showing me all the new features on the latest models. In the end, I got a new LG refrigerator at a great price! I couldn't be happier. This Home Depot also does alot of good in the Lilburn community. They always care for veterans and as a veteran, I appreciate this store and ALL their great employees. They make the difference why I always come back to the store. I can't say the same for the Stone Mountain Home Depot who had rude employees that didn't seem to care helping me. Keep up the great work Lilburn Home Depot, you earned my business!

Very satisfied with the appliances

The staff at the this store is generally very helpful and courteous. However, be cautious when buying items off the shelf. At least 75% of the time, items on the shelf are missing parts and pieces and have to be returned for a different one. It is very frustrating and if there were a closer store, I would never walk back through the door.

I have found this store to be less harcsh and unfriendly than the other HD stores in my area. It does not take much to be better than the other stores. I get the feeling The employees don't want to be there and definitly are not encoureged to be helpful.

This location is very clean and usually has everything in stock and the best part is the staff. They always greet and say thank you and are knowledgeable while wanting to help.

James was working on something and stopped to assist me in finding some things with no problem.

Shopping at this store is always an enjoyable pleasure.

The North Lilburn Home Depot is my go-to for finding things quickly and answering questions knowledgeably. The staff is always friendly.

Employees are generally pleasant at this store and helpful when you can find one. They have a huge problem with keeping products organized on the shelves. Be sure to check that all parts are contained in your items - every, and I mean every time, I make purchases here, at least one item is damaged or missing a crucial part. Very frustrating.

We bought many appliances and doors and windows in this store. Real good help is hard to get but it is there if you keep looking for. We are seniors we got time to look for the right one. We will come back. Always.

I wound up at the North Lilburn Home Depot on Lawrenceville Hwy and as usual they have products in stock and helpful employees. Save yourself the aggravation and skip the highway 78 store. Products not in stock., can’t be located and good luck finding an employee to help you.

No one around to get help. Could get the items that I need for finishing up my job. Pro team desk is helpless.
