Yall need more Court's in that store he help's me every time I come in

Though it was sometimes hard to find an associate to help, when we did, they were extremely helpful and courteous. They were able to give us the information about the different products that we were considering, and advised regarding other customers experiences when asked about the various items.

Customer service in the electrical department was very helpful.

The employees at the North Little Rock Home Depot were very unwilling to offer any assistance during my visit to the store.

I found everything I was looking for and the employees were very friendly and helpful.

The gentleman, isaiah, that works the cash register at returns is always helpful and knowledgable. Good thing he's there all the time.

Indifferent attitude, would not return item I purchased at other home depot store. They lost my business and I drove across the street to Lowes.

Whenever I have gone in and needed help with something, someone was always there asking did I need help and if they didn't have a answer they would find someone who did.

I have been using Lowe's but have had a hard time finding items, especially plywood and when I do, the price is hard to determine. This store is easy to understand, items are stocked well and prices are easily seen.

The gentleman who helped me design my kitchen went out of his way to help me with all of the little "extras" I wouldn't have thought of, he even left his department and walked the store, after time for him to leave, to make sure I had everything and was well taken care of. Other stores did not even call me back when I was looking for kitchen designs. They have a great selection of colors and styles for backsplashes and floors. I love this store, they are all so friendly, and eager to help. I got a good deal too!

The store I normally shop at in Cabot, was out of the product I needed. The guy in the paint department was able to check inventory to tell me that the product was available in the NLR location. This saved me time as I didn't have to try other stores to see if they had what I needed (even though I had to drive to the other location to purchase it).

Access is quick and easy. Associates knowledgeable and helpful. Product selection is better than others of comparable size. Product quality is good. Store and restrooms are very clean. Store honors military discount. Checkout is quick and pleasant. Loading assistance free and readily available. Time spent when critical is minimal. Store also organized with displays and offers that make browsing always tempting. Great location. Effort towards progress, associate training & mentoring, and openness to new ideas readily recognized.

Great experiences just about every visit. People are nice, the store is clean, shelves could be more organized but overall very officiant.

I have been searching for a storage shed and the associates were very helpful in explaning the variou options and cost.
