Cabot Employees are the best!
My old multimeter finally died after about 30 years of reliable service. Bought an automatic Klein that is so sweet! I needed this as I was working on installing a generator transfer switch in my home. It did great with true readings. I did spend a little more going to a brick and mortar store, but needed it same day. Thank you Home Depot.

Shopping experience at Home Depot
If you like fantastic customer service, you need to visit Home Depot on Cabot, Arkansas. From the moment I walked into the store, I was treated like a queen. Employees went out of their way to help me find what I needed. The store was pristine and organized. Everyone knew exactly where the products were located. One employee not only loaded my cart for me, but walked with me throughout the store, pushing my cart for me, getting what I needed, stayed with me through checkout, and happily loaded my car when finished, thanking me for coming and to be sure to come back. Did I mention that the cashier at the self checkout line rang me up, I didn't have to do it myself, and verified the sales prices without asking? Everyone doing their jobs, not standing around and complaining, going out of their way to make you feel at home, getting what you need with a smile so you can be in and out in a jiffy. Thank you Home Depot Cabot for a NUMBER ONE fantastic shopping experience!!!!

Unfriendly employees
Whoever helped us get the tools, was not friendly. He told us we can’t price match the Home Depot website which seemed a bit ridiculous. Just wasn’t a very friendly and courteous person.

Great Employees
Four employees made eye contact, greeted us and asked if we needed any help…all within the first 10 minutes of visiting this location. They were all very friendly and very helpful when needed. Our check out lady was also very kind. We live about an hour away from this location, but it’s totally worth the drive, when you are getting this level of service. These days, it seems some big box store employees will avoid eye contact, at all cost, to avoid having to help. Definitely not the case here.
