Every employee at this location makes you feel like you're more than just a customer. They are always happy and helpful!

Every employee lead me directly to the items I needed. It was a beautiful song and dance through the store, the flow only disturbed by the confused, lost lady who cut me off obliviously, and nonchalantly checked out in front of me. The guy behind me and I were completely completely apalled, but of course, we kept our opinions' existence only under our breath. I checked out, and I left.

If you are looking for products and service visit the North Mesa Home Depot at Val Vista and Broadway.... They have staff that have been there for years and are very knowledgeable and friendly in all departments, gardening, plumbing, electrical, paint, or appliances

Today my husband and I had to buy many items for our projects and Lori Solomon one of the staff was so helpful and amazing, she gave us amazing service!!

I have bought all my home improvement projects materials here and will continue to do so. Courteous employees as well and VERY HELPFUL !!!

Took 30 min to find a lumber cart ,becouse store uses for stock that just lays in center aisle on customer cart . Cant never seem to find all product needed for a nob becouse since they remodeled they have removed product. Been shopping at this store for 15 years and it has burnt in flames fast. Will no longer be doing buisness here .

I have been shopping this location for years, to the point that I could locate anything I needed within moments from walking through the door. Recently, they reorganized and I get to learn a new store, but the staff has shown support like never before. I highly recommend this store. #0473

Andrew was rude and very disrespectful.

I went for some bolts to put my child's bedframe together. When I asked for an employee to come to hardware, an employee named Kevin rudely passed me (a female) to assist a male and then when I asked him about the bolt I needed, he told me I should take my business to Lindsay's hardware because everybody always thinks that home Depot is the best place to do shopping for everything but in reality it is the last place anybody should go for anything metric. When I asked him if there was anything similar that could help me build my daughter's bed frame he told me no there's bolts over there. This has been the first time in a long time that I have come across a rude employee at this location. Other employees were great and the store itself was clean and great.

Although I am a 1-term (4-year) Vet and, by rights, HD employees were trained to look for official Veteran Retiree or Active Duty Mil ID’s, my Driver’s Lic. with the a prominent VETERAN designation often was rejected but ONLY AT THIS LOCATION. Although the system has changed at all HD locations I will continue to avoid this one, also for the way they seemed to snub one of their wheelchair-bound staff who had been very helpful to me.

The customer service desk not only helped us find the online item we were looking for but retrieved it for us in a very friendly and timely fashion

Raining super hard my house was leaking needed to vacuum up water asap asked for the shop vacs and George (store manager) assisted me . I asked him specifically if all the necessary items came with the 100 dollar vacuum he was suggesting I buy and he assured me everything was included. Get home read the manual and low and behold it only comes with the "dry filter and not the one for liquids and now the store is closed for the night and I'm stuck here unable to use this darn thing and my carpet keeps getting wetter and wetter by the second im so angry and shocked cuz this is the store manager uneducated about the merchandise he is selling and im angry

From the fellow,Justin, who helped us order the decking to the fellows who loaded the decking they were very helpful and kind.

Bought a washer & dryer and the service I got in the appliance department with Lori Solomon was exceptional.

It was hard to find assistance but once Pauline came to our rescue, she was great help.

We recently moved into the neighborhood next door, and have needed to go to this store frequently and it’s actually been so awesome. I feel like this is my favorite Home Depot location on Broadway and Val Vista!

I would rate the overall customer service as a nine. I would rate the products and materials offered for purchase as a ten. I would rate the availability of material carts for lumber products as a six.

I had a list of items I needed to open my new office and Lori S in appliances went above and beyond in helping me get all that I wanted on my list. She was kind and patient and knowledgable about the store and the products.

Employees went above and beyond with choices, finding what we needed, loading vehicle! Thanks to Rachel, Edwin and George! We are so impressed with this store!

No! "Not Applicable" boxes needed on several questions.

We went in to buy multiple appliances and we worked with Stephanie. She was amazing! So helpful, very friendly, great customer service, efficient and went above and beyond to get us the best deals since we bought multiple items. I would highly recommend asking for her if you are looking for appliances.
