Beach Plumbing installed a new American standard cadet tall elongated toilet.

My home projects with all materials purchased from Home Depot.

I am returning the items I purchased as they broke the first time I tried to use them. Both the head and blades could not chop thru the weeds I had already sprayed and then burnt with a burner.

We purchased over 60 tongue and groove pine boards to finish walls in an addition. After we got them all up all of the stickers had to be removed that were on the front face of the board. When we went to remove them they left heavy residue. I tried warming them up with a blow dryer , etc and nothing worked. Now I have squares of sticky residue on every board. I went in and talked to a manager and he handed me a bottle of goofoff. This changes the color of the board and does not fix the situation. I told him I had over 60 boards and I had to fix. He just said sorry nothing I can do. Poor customer service

Sherry went above and beyond: she located a piece that wasn't located with the others. She looked online to see what inventory was available. She was nothing but understanding about my returns and rung up my new purchases swiftly. I really appreciated her assistance and patience.

Buyer beware. Return policies have changed and individual stores don’t appear to have ANY ability to make exceptions. Was denied a return of unopened ceiling fans that are still being sold in the retail floor as well as the HD website. I understand policy and also understand the need to be able to evaluate individual situations.

Bought this light for a hunting trip. Got to camp pulled it out, put it together and the light didn’t work. I am finished buying HDX brands they suck!

Use this Home Depot as it is lowest to me. Do find sticking issues, however on several occasions the same item will be out of stock so one never knows when you go if the item or items you need are readily available.

I am updating my bathrooms, all my fixtures have come from home depot on line but last minute there were a few more things that I needed to get and the North east Mesa location had what I needed in stock.

Refrigerator purchase is a must have now not two weeks later

USAULLY I CAN FIND WHAT I NEED . BEEN SHOPPING THI STORE FOR 26YRS. MOST EMPLOYEES ARE KIND AND HELPFUL. ON THE 7/24/25 AROUND NOON I WAS SELF CHECKING OUT WHEN THE YOUNG LADY THINK SHE WAS A NEW EMPLOYEE .SHE WAS SO PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MAKES ANY BODY GO BACK AND SHOP THIS STORE.

Almost always have what I need. Some items would prefer in stock , but understand only so much room. This is my favorite Home Depot. I shop at many with my job. I lucky my favorite is also closest to my home.

Home Depot used to be awesome but has been steadily going downhill for a while!

Don't expect any help from the customer service. They don't care and aren't aware of their own store policies. Their garden center is a disaster, whole sections of product are not stocked in the correct place or covered in bird crap. Really unprofessional.

We need a motorized cart due to my husband’s disability issues. One of the employees procured one for us. When we needed help placing some flooring in the cart, an employee was there to help even though he didn’t work in that section. Checkout was simple due to the help of another employee. The employee who got the motorized cart, came to load the flooring into our car. All the employees we spoke with were respectful and made sure we had a good shopping experience.

I have three cards that got hacked at this location

they had everything in stock

on line said door I wanted out of stock. called to see how long an employee found one and saved for me.my wife has had a few different times on line was wrong. last time said the item she wanted nineteen in stock bin number such and such-made special trip to find not ONE in the store.employees even checked. your employees are GREAT-- inventory needs updating.

Whenever I go to this store location I get helpful information about what I needed

Bothered that I spend so much money and time at Home Depot and get zero respect and zero customer service with their reps. Just horrible

The knowledge and help of the staff was outstanding

When an order came with the wrong door the manager arranged a staff member to bring us the new door and pick up the wrong one. This was very helpful to correct a problem that we could not solve. Very helpful. I will definitely deal with them again.

I came two times and asked for my veterans d8scount. Both times I was told OK and both times when I looked at my sales receipt it was not there.
