This store is always clean and organized. The associates are very helpful and friendly. I'm drawn to this location because of the cleanliness and the associates. And great customer service!

I was pleasantly surprised by the associate who greeted me, and asked if I could use some help. She didn't only give me the locations of the items I was looking for, she also confirmed the one location she wasn't certain of. In the past, I've not gotten that type of Customer Service from the Greeter. This shows a most definite improvement in this particular Home Depot in their Customer Service needs being fulfilled. My thanks to the Greeter for her "above and beyond" service, and to management for having this young lady in their employ.

I love the gardening dept. at this Home Depot. Rachel and Matthew are always very nice to me, even when it isn't convenient for them to help me out. Thanks!

I always shop with this store that close to us. I bought my plants ang Hubby's tools. I like it in there because it's clean and all the employee are very kind and helpful.

I have always had a good customer experience at this store. Associates are knowledgeable and if they don't know, they find someone who knows. Very helpful and friendly people. This is the place to go.

Liz and Sharon were great. Solved a problem that three other Home Depot stores could not solve or were manned by such short-time employee's that they did not know or hadn't learned the location of items kept in cage at front of store. I travelled to four stores when in fact, the first store probably had the merchandise but no one knew where it was kept. Same story for second and third store. Fortunately, I am retired so I wasn't on the clock for someone. A complete waste of time, until I went to Home Depot at Broadway and Val Vista in Mesa, AZ.

The store manager, George and his team are the best. They always help me even when I don't know what I really need to tackle a job. I love this store and the entire crew. It does not mater if I have a refund or need a special order they always help me handle what ever I need.

Had what I needed and plenty of it

Every time I am in the store the employees are so helpful. I truly enjoyed working with Stephanie and Marilyn. When ever I needed help it was easy to find an associate. I would highly recommend this store even if its a bit out of your way. You can count on great service.

Excellent staff. Great management. Bad corporate policies to the point where I can't spend a lot of money here for fear my money is helping to support these bad business polices. Otherwise, I'd shop here more often, because the people that work here at store #0473 are great.

We shop at the North Mesa Store all the time as the employees are very helpful and ask you if you need help finding something. This store made our recent Bathroom remodel project easy. This store had everything we were looking for and then some for this project. The employees we worked with were very knowledgeable and friendly . If you are remodeling any room in your home, this is the store to go to. They can get it done.

This is our favorite Home Depot by far, we will go out of our way to shop here over anywhere else. The garden center has an incredible variety of selection and the employees are always extremely friendly.

When I walked in to door a exchange/return. I immediately found the product i needed and went to the return center stood in line for about a minute. I notices 2 employees standing around talking about their plans for the night, once they realized I was waiting for assistants julie got in front of her register and then just stared at me. I walked to her, said "hello how are you?" She said "fine, What do you need." As if I interrupted her conversation that she was having. At the same time another customer had come in went to another register to do a return, the lady asked him what the reason was he explained. Julie kept turning around to listen to their conversation and didnt say one word to me. Then the guy she was speaking to before I walked in, stood next to her and started talking to her. Julie continued her conversation with him, didnt tell me what my change was or anything just handed me money and a receipt. I said goodbye and she completely ignored me. I find it very rude! I was simply doing a swap as I bought the wrong product and it was just a few cents cheaper so I dont see how she can be so rude over something so simple.

Home Depot is your only stop for large appliances. Product, pricing, delivery, and most important, the sales associate, Lori Solomon, will make your buying experience "A Ten" ! Forget about the need to waste your time at Spencers !

I was in the Home Depot Store at 425 S Val Vista Dr Mesa, AZ 85204 this morning at about 8:30am. I went to the store to buy and have re-keyed 8 double sided dead-bolt locks. We help people that are escaping domestic violence and had a client, a mom and her 4 young children that were in fear for their lives as their abuser was due to be released from jail this afternoon. When I approached the key cutting department the man working instructed me to put the locks down and that he would be right back. 21 minutes later he came back to where I had been waiting and another customer was now waiting as well. The staff said "I am going to take care of this customer before you" to me. When I explained the need and reminded that I had been waiting for over 20 minutes he said "that's irrelevant. Your job is going to take a long time so I am going to help this man." The customer waiting said "No, no take care of her first. She was here before me and has been waiting." The staff refused. I asked for my key back and left the store. Fortunately I was able to go to a different hardware store and get the locks I needed and have them re-keyed. I installed them and the Survivor and her children are now safe. But I was shocked to be treated this way. I am a frequent shopper at Home Depot for my non-profit as the need for new locks is ever increasing. I sincerely hope this staff member was just having a bad day and that this is not the normal way he interacts with customers.

Lori Solomon is an asset to this location, professional who knows her product and goes extra mile to meet her customers needs. She was so patient with us, taking the time to answering all our questions and walking through numerous purchase combinations to help us stay on budget with our three appliance purchase.

Clean and employees very helpful

We arrived as snowbirds and our refrigerator would not start. Lori Salomon in appliance dept. was so helpful!! Considering the Corvid shortage we were able to get a very nice refrigerator, rent a truck, and use a heavy duty dolly cart. Thank you to the great employees at Home Depot. We are so thankful to have you so close in proximity to our Mesa home.

The people are very helpful and informative at this location. And If they don't have any more of what you are looking for they look up what store near by might have it on stock. The store is clean and we'll organized and finding what I was looking for was easy peasy.
