I came two times and asked for my veterans d8scount. Both times I was told OK and both times when I looked at my sales receipt it was not there.

We just moved here and have been in this particular store many times. We have always been able to find someone willing to help us find something, answer questions and help load products for us.

This Home Depot location is handy for us. The store is organized and clean. The gardening center is always well stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful. Just LOOK for the orange apron. We appreciated the curbside pickup for our recent order of yard items, mulch, seed, manure. Thanks so much.

Stopped by to pick out a couple of pots for repotting some plants. Great selection and variety of options. But the best part was the awesome salesperson. She was welcoming, friendly, and super helpful. Her smile and unique look gave off the best vibes! She gave me specific tips to encourage blooms on my Christmas cactus. This employee went above and beyond. I'm considering driving further to this store rather than my usual one in the future, given the service I received.

Home Depot is my go to store, but hopefully DEI is not catching up with the store as I find some of the workers severally lacking in knowledge of quality Customer Service.

Needed paint for my cupboards and associate helped me with type of paint etc to use and what i needed to get it on my cupboards

I like going to the store because of all the many products for sale and the helpful asociates who help me

It seems I’m always at Home Depot for one thing or another Always have it in stock as well as items I can’t live without

We went in to look for a stove and ran into Tim. He was very helpful and helped us get the oven we needed with ease. would highly recommend

Purchased two Glacier Bay toilets on Thursday with excellent service upon entering store. They were in stock! All of my questions were quickly answered! Quick & easy pay! For 29 years now this North Mesa Store has provided excellent quality products, but most of all Service. Having Customer leave knowing that they have been taken care of. And if ever necessary, returns are quickly taken care of! I love My Home Depot!! ❣️

Thre is never stock on the shelves.

Needed a bit of help, this salesman was clueless and rude to top it off. Will be shopping at another store, have 2 within 2-3 miles.

I am in the McKellips and Power store most every day. The people that work there are friendly and knowledgeable. If I’m either up in North Scottsdale or in Phoenix working on a job and need something right away, of course I’ll go to the nearest store. But if it can wait until I can get to “my” store, I’d much rather go there and let one of my friends help me out. That’s everyone for making my job as a handyman much easier!

Staff at this store has renewed my faith in the Home Depot chain. They are attentive, knowledgeable, and are actually helpful. Other locations leave much to be desired.

My 23-year-old refrigerator stopped working. I was on the hunt for a new one, and the Home Depot appliance specialist, Lori Solomon, was extremely helpful. The first time I visited, she spent an hour and a half with me, patiently answering my many questions. She told me about warranty options and even gave me a pen and scratch paper when I seemed flustered and wanted to take notes. Even after all her help, I still couldn't decide and needed to get home, so she quickly showed me how to easily navigate the Home Depot website, suggesting I look at the Customer Recommended score instead of the number of stars something had (80% or higher is a good place to start). The star ratings only measure a few specific features, not the overall customer satisfaction. I went home to continue my research and make a spreadsheet. After a week, I had narrowed it down to 21 fridges but realized I had even more questions. Lori had been so understanding and kind, so I called ahead to make sure she was working that day and went back to the store. She spent another two hours going over my spreadsheet, helping me narrow down my options, and walking back and forth with me while I looked at the same fridges repeatedly. She seemed to sympathize with my struggle to decide what I wanted, but because of her dedication, I was finally able to find my perfect refrigerator! She went above and beyond, she exceeded my expectations, and it was an outstanding shopping experience. I will definitely come back to see her for all my future appliance needs.

After shopping all day for a new refrigerator I was simply overwhelmed with all the information I had been receiving from each store. My husband and I decided to give Home Depot a try before we headed home for the day. We were looking around and we were greeted by Lori and from the moment we met her I just felt comfortable. She began asking what we were looking for and we told her our wants and needs. She helped us make an informed decision on what refrigerator would best suit our family. Through the process she had us laughing and was so kind it just made me feel comfortable to make our purchase with her. I appreciate the time she took to chat with us and we look forward to getting our new refrigerator. We will definitely be return customers due to her.

Purchased a color matched paint and it did not match at all. Went back with the item unopened never used and they did not accept it for return. Had to purchase another, over all bad experience, they should place a sign somewhere in the paint area letting customers know there are no return or exchanges on the paint.

Lisa and Tony in the kitchen appliances were very knowledgeable and helpful in my purchasing new range,microwave, dishwasher. Getting it delivered in 10 days. Installed and current appliances taken away.

I go to Home Depot because they have most of the products I want and their courteous and knowledgeable staff and I have been to most of the Home Depots in the Phoenix area the result is the same. VERY GOOD

We replaced our water softener unit with the King Eco-X 7 stage whole house salt free system-so glad to not lift those heavy salt bags! Also replaced our wall unit double ovens We replaced out double wall ovens with Bosch European Convection & Self-Cleaning units. Lori went above and beyond to educate me on my options before I chose the above product. She also greeted me, even though she was helping another customer, and let me know she'd be with me next. Excellent customer service!

Just stocking up on essential items

I try not to go here any more, I will drive an extra two miles to go to the competition these days. You have lost my confidence. The price raises are outrageous - eg, how can you justify almost doubling the price of softener salt in 3 years? There are similar price gouging practices throughout the store. Last week I went there and was looking like a very needy customer, looking for a couple of things I couldn't find. I went past, or stood in the same aisle as, at least 3 employees, and they were either on their phone texting, ignoring me completely, or seemingly just not interested in helping customers. This is outrageous.

We had to talk to 4 people before we were told that we should just order a thermostat online. One of the four was trying to sell us a whole new AC unit. Then he just walked away in the middle of my 3rd no.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable

The employees at this Home Depot consistently ask me if I need help and provide assistance when needed. There are two other Home Depots about the same distance from my home. The employees at these other two stores consistently ignore me and are much less likely to assist me.
