I purchased a new refrigerator and the delivery team both damaged my new refrigerator and house in several spots. They tell you to call a number and they a link to send and leave you in the dark about the process. Very unprofessional.

I buy select pine lumber very frequently. The last three times that I have been to this store, the 1x3 and 1x2 inventory has been terrible. I went through the entire rack of boards (45) and came away with 5 that were usable.

Bought a clothes washer. Drove in 45 min, and out 45 min. Opened box in truck bed and found the entire top control panel was broken off the unit. Spent over an hour with three different customer service people. The first person was the rudest least helpful person I’ve talk to in South Carolina. In my opinion, you wasted my time and money. The only option the guy wanted to give us was to bring it back for a refund. Drive 3 hours total for two round trips to get nothing. 40 dollars worth of fuel, for nothing. Y’all should be eating your mistake. Not me.

I have been shopping for gardening supplies and plants and trees for the last couple of years! I always end up at Home Depot here in N Myrtle Beach because they have a beautiful selection of healthy looking plants and trees! They also have great sales on the products needed for gardening!!

There is an employee named Dave that offered to help me the minute I walked into the store. I did not know what size bulb to buy after my first trip and had to return a second time. He offered exceptional customer service and was knowledgeable about the bulb and watts in the process! I was impressed with his willingness to help! Thanks for the staff and wanted them to know that helping the customer is IMPORTANT!! I will be back to visit this location!!

We ordered 180 bags of white/yellow riverstone and one skid of three that came to our home was red/grey.

Home Depot’s Screen Tight System is great and easy to install. Turned my outside closet into a beautiful screened in patio. Every year I have to purchase Bag a Bug for Japanese beetles eating my roses and wisteria bushes and I always find it here. Also purchase all of our paints and stains here.

We can barely use your app, is sluggish and doesn't even work half of the time, the idea is good, being able to locate products, but...

I went looking for a specific item and couldn't find it and several employees came up and started helping me look. They eventually found it and called me to let me know. Best customer service I've ever had.
