the store was clean and organized but some items I was looking for were not there.

The store associate in the self-checkout area is not helpful and is not customer oriented. We presented her with military ID in order to receive discount and she was quite put-out by the need to enter this information into her register.

They have a great attitude at this location. Recommended

Appliance department...Samsung french door refrigerator.

Haha. I needed help and the employee in the aisle was busy gossiping with some other customers. Not business related. Eventually I had to interrupt the conversation as I could not find the item I was looking for. A simple electrical plate for outlets. The employee had no clue where I could find what I wanted, and pointed me to another employee, John. the employee then went back to his non-business related conversation with two shoppers. I couldn't locate John, so I went to the customer service desk and they paged for assistance. Eventually I got help. It took me 20 minutes to locate and buy a 79 cent item. 1. Store organization is pathetic. Even an employee couldn't find a simple part. 2. Your staff should NOT be encouraged to socialize with customers. They are there to serve customers who need help. Overall, a dreadful and frustrating experience.

I already explained my view of this store. I did not receive adequate customer service to want to return there.

Sue in the appliance/kitchen area is exceptional. She was low-pressure, but very helpful and made great suggestions while we were choosing our countertops. She also had great tips for additional items (sinks, faucets, garbage disposals, etc.).

The employees make this store great! They seem like they love their job and go over the top to make your shopping experience very helpful!!

I highly doubt I am alone on this observation, but I am extremely impressed by the representation and services I received from Sue and Tom in the appliances department of this store. Sue for looking out for me and her campaign and appliance knowledge. She saved me from spending at least $1K more than I should or even could have. Tom was great and able to get my order completed and set up delivery after Sue passed the baton. This store is out of my way and there is a Lowe's closer to my home, where I spent at least 30 minutes and never received so much as a hello from one of the many associates that passed me in those 30 minutes. As a new home owner, I will drive the additional distance for this kind of experience and not even bother waving at Lowe's as I drive by!

Often shop at this HD, everyone always very helpful.

Home Depot generally has better prices than their competitor. However if you need help in the aisles, associates are hard to find or there is only one associate surrounded by numerous waiting customers. Depending on the department, some associates are not knowledgeable in the subject matter. If you know what you need and know where to find it without assistance, then this is the place to shop.

The store is always clean and neat. Employees are always asking me if I need help and when I do, they gladly show me what I am looking for. They are happy to answer my questions and discuss the item to be sure I am buying the right item for my home repair.

Have been looking for a particular type of kitchen ceiling light for the past several months. This store not only had it on display, there was ample stock from which to choose..including other colors. Since I live several miles away from this store, this was a great impulsive stop for us.

I have been to several other HomeDepot Stores and hands down The Home Depot Store at North Hayden Road is the BEST. Their customer service is AWESOME and there are always friendly associates to assist you if you should need one. They actually approach YOU and ask if you need help with anything. WOW!!! :) :) :) LUV MY HOME DEPOT @ HAYDEN ROAD!

Associate(s) Bryan that I dealt with was very helpful and courteous; the cashier Daryl was awesome.

The usual was true - the store was neat and clean etc. but what made the experience memorable was the associates that assisted me such as George and Linda. Great people who love their jobs and make you feel that your concerns and needs matter.

Appreciate the ability to cut molding to the length that I wanted. Saw and tape were available at cutting table.

Helped me from start, calling other HD store for in stock, getting discount for opened box and less # of tiles, help out to my car!

The cabinet -remodeling staff were very helpful. They gave me several magazines and ideas to help me decide on what style and features.

If you are looking for a pleasant experience and knowledgeable staff...this store is the best! Appliances, blinds, paint, garden...every single dept. was staffed with awesome employees.

Buying a washer and dryer, found out 'free installation' meant buying new hoses, etc. And 'free take-away' had a $15 charge per item. There were big signs touting these 'free' items.

From the moment I entered the store the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The store was clean and the products I needed were available at affordable prices. If you ever need to buy appliances ask for Tom. You will walk out of Home Depot knowing that you received the best price and 100% of his attention not to mention his friendly smile will just make your day.

This store on Northsight Boulevard in Scottsdale is the best of the bunch. Always get friendly, efficient service.

Brian in plumbing provided stellar customer service! I entered the store as a novice, and came out as an expert! His guidance and experience assisted us in making a major repair to our corroded pipes, which would've cost us a fortune if it was repaired professionally.
