I'm not going to denigrate previous places I've been at, I know customer service is hard work, but the amazing men and women I met at this store has completely wow'ed me to make this my first-stop-shop for anything I might need. I may have the spelling of their names wrong, if so my apologies, but my deepest gratitude and kudos to Lawrence, Jayden, Asia, and Lex who was a joy to encounter each time I came in. The trimmer they helped me get has been working fantastic and I'll be coming back very soon to get the tools I need to start getting my lawn back in order. Thanks so much for the great service. Love the location too

2 🌟 just b/c the cashier Carla was the best! Came for a small project. Went thru garden center, was looking at edging, etc for about 10 minutes. Realized I forgot my paint swatch and list. Had an associate follow me to my car, I guess I'm stealing and walking back in? You guys can do better than that man. Is it pat downs next? Very uncomfortable experience. Wanted to drop my chit an leave. Very obvious he thought he was on to something. Smh. Fix it H-D. Sorry not the same HD. I won't be back to this store. Surprised I came w/all the crappy reviews on GM.

I came in to purchase a chest freezer. The lady in the appliance section helped in finding the freezer then while I was waiting for her to come back another employee saw me standing and asked if I needed help. As I explained what was going on he stated he was the only one at the time that could operate a special lift machine to get the freezer which the lady went to find someone to help. Wow They both helped in getting the freezer super fast service then on check out another staff member took me out of a long line and helped me with my entire self check out. I never like doing self check out but she handled it all. What a great day of shopping at Home Depot. This staff knocked it out of the park. Well done store 3904 Tulsa.

Customer service is nonexistent. Totally ignored by three associates as I stood right next to them. Their conversation was more important than me. Two associates actually walked away with saying a word to me while the third went back to her task. I had to ask for help.

This is my preferred store in all of Tulsa. The staff is efficient friendly and helpful. I wish every place I shopped ran like this place.

I have been having a consistent issue with cashiers bypassing the email receipt and rushing to print it. I prefer to have both and was sent to customer service where they proceeded to tell me they couldn’t help me.

Over the past three days, I have frequented this location seven times, and experienced exceptional service from this dedicated team. Despite the stress and exhaustion of tackling a demanding home improvement project alone within a tight timeframe, the level of assistance and kindness demonstrated by the staff members truly stood out. I wanted to take a moment to commend three individuals specifically who went above and beyond. Firstly, Riasha (apologies if this spelling is incorrect, I only briefly saw her name tag) from the Returns/Online Pickup department exhibited remarkable kindness and understanding throughout my two interactions with her. Whether it was facilitating my online pickup order at curbside or assisting me with a product return, her calming demeanor and warmth made a significant difference amidst the chaos of my project. Additionally, Jean, who assisted me at the self-checkout registers, exemplified patience. Her willingness to troubleshoot product scanning issues and offer helpful tips, even with it being late at night, such as holding the card "just right" for quicker transactions, helped to make subsequent trips seamless. Lastly, I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Edwin, also located in the Returns/Online Pickup department, for his exceptional service during a curbside pickup glitch this evening. Despite my initial frustration, Edwin's unwavering kindness and professionalism left me completely surprised and grateful, and his actions truly exemplify the high standard of service your team provides. Though I am typically not rude to employees, I definitely was short with Edwin initially, which he didn’t deserve. I went in to the store tense, and left completely reset by his kindness. Manager Pride, thank you for fostering such a remarkable team at your store. It is evident that your leadership and commitment to excellence have contributed to creating a culture where employees go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Even though we haven’t met, your dedication to workplace culture is clear, and I am genuinely appreciative of the efforts put forth by your team members.

Today i just say if i came back to downtown hd is because the paint guy help me a lot and faster so i can have my job done. thanks

I visit this Home Depot about 1-3 per week, and every time I visit, I am greeted and helped by their friendly staff. Cynthia assisted me in the Garden Center, and she is amazing! Such a friendly person, and very helpful to all that she comes into contact with. Thank you Cynthia for always going above and beyond to help others with a smile.

My experience with having MDF board cut to my specifications was very professionally done and the attention to details through the process, making sure that the cut sizes were to my expectations.

I received great customer today from this cashier but this is not the first time Triauna is helpful educated and hardworking. She always make my experience great her attitude is bubbly and fun she’s beautiful and always smiling. If you have the pleasure of meeting her, I hope you have the dance experience too. Due to no employes walking round looking to c if any customers need help r didn't c one worker until got up to self serve an made sure she watched us but still didn't say one word not even thank you for coming an no one greeted when we walked in garden. It's amazing how workers act now.

I have been having a hard time recently. When I went to Home Depot and. He jed out, the cashier made jokes about my paint and other products I had in my basket. He truly made me feel better and improved my day. This gave me life to go improve my home with the paine we laughed about. Thank you!

Customer service is awful better bring help to lift and load and if you own a dolly bring it they have no carts.

I want to express my gratitude to Tommy who works in the paint department. I had a stain related problem that I needed help with. He knew exactly when I needed to fix. The problem even helped me with the brushes and the caulking I needed. He was super knowledgeable and so so nice A very Valuable employee Thanks Tommy

This is one of the best store in Tulsa.

We shop here a lot and there is a cashier usually at self checkout but she is so kind and always has a smile so helpful and my kids love seeing her her name is Carla and she's just wonderful and helpful but a lot if the employees here are the store has a great selection of pretty much everything and they do good sales as well

Home Depot has become my "home away from home" due to frequenting this location at times up to three times in one week! This store ALWAYS has MORE than enough product available and a great selection as well. The employees are ALWAYS very helpful and efficient. Love this store!
