Outstanding advice in both Lawn and Garden, as well as plumbing, in two areas I have had major projects over this past year. Great advice that made the job easier, and staff were willing to show me helpful products that were in an entirely different area from where they were at.

Love this dang place. I'm surprised if I walk out spending let than $100. Go at least 3 times a week. Staff are awesome, knowledgeable and courteous .

We have two Home Depots in Upland but this is the best one. It's not very often I need assistance from a sales associate but when I do, they have always been extremely helpful.

Associate need to ask if they can help when they see you walking around. I have had them just look down a take off. Like they are afraid you might ask the something. Over all I like the store. Could do something for vets was told I had to be a wounded warrior. Not looking for something free but one after years of them giving 10% for vets was told not unless you are a wounded warrior the lady was VERY SNOTY has been awhile back

I RECENTLY MOVED AND WAS AMAZED AT THE VARIETY OF ITEMS THE STORE HAD. I COULDN'T BELIEVE THE FLOWERS (SEASONAL POINSETTIAS). I HAVE BEEN TO THE STORE AT LEAST 5 TIMES IN THE PAST FEW WEEKS AND THE SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING. I SPOKE TO SEVERAL ASSOCIATES REGARDING DIFFERENT AREAS OF EXPERTISE AND THEY ALL WERE ABLE TO HELP ME. I LIKE THE FACT THEY KNOW THEIR DEPARTMENTS, NOT JUST STOCK CLERKS! EVERY ASSOCIATE I CAME IN CONTACT WITH WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ME. THIS IS GOING TO BE MY STORE OF CHOICE FROM NOW ON.

We needed a few items for gardening, not knowing about what type of products we should get. The cashier, Dona in Gardening was very kind, advised us on the type of tool,soil we should get for our purpose. She also offered the special credit card option for us with substantial savings. She was friendly, kind and very patient with us. Thanks for the nice experience during our visit to Home Depot.

Every associate I've had dealings with in this store is fantastic!! The are helpful, knowledgeable, polite and extremely patient! I just love this store!!!

I really wasn't looking forward to shopping during Black Fri Weekend, but was quite inpressed with the amount of associates management had on the floors and all the checkstands were open. Most stores still run a skeliton crew to try and save dollars....Thanks Home Depot

The options for Christmas lighting was very limited and when asked if there were anymore quantities of the roll of Christmas lighting I had in my hand a store associate told another customer and I that what we saw on the showroom floor was all that was left. A few minutes later, that same customer and myself noticed a few sealed cardboard boxes further back on the shelf behind where we had picked up the particular roll of lights from. After opening the box we discovered a large quantity of Christmas lights. The store was clean, well lit, and the associates were friendly and helpful. I'm sure he wasn't aware of their seasonal inventory and I'm sure his intentions were good

The tool rental area and their trucks smell wonderful! Out of all the home depot's I visit I prefer this one! The truck I checked out smelled amazing something I wasn't expecting! Thank you Mike for setting me up and everything that you did! I will be back to this area to rent trucks and tell my family!

Came in to check out washer and dryers and found all the associates extremely knowledgeable about the products they featured. When I returned, I purchased my washer and dryer, ones that fit my needs and budget. Check-out and delivery went without a hitch!

Mike T. and Albert from the tool rental department are awesome. Mike went above and beyond my expectations to help me out with a billing issue I had upon returning a Rug Doctor I had rented. If you ever need any tool or machine rentals, ask for Mike or Albert. These guys are great. Thanks for hiring awesome people.

Our water heater went out and began leaking water, soaking all of the boxes stored on the floor of our garage. Our water heater was only six years old and it had a 12 year warranty. We removed the water heater and returned to the North Upland Home Depot store and we received store credit for the failed water heater. Cashier Coralee was extremely helpful and courteous and made our crisis level experience very pleasant. We purchased a new water heater and installed it and it is now working very well. We would like to thank and acknowledge our local Home Depot store. Douglas J. Lannon.
