I frequently shop this HD store and always find the associates to be friendly and as helpful as possible, although I hear a lot of "that's not my department". Overall a clean, organized, place for DIY-ers to shop.

AFTER FAILING TO FIND ANY SERVICE ENTRY CABLE AT THE VICKSBURG STORE I FOUND A WIDE SELECTION AT THIS STORE. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE EXCELLENT SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE OLDER ASSOCIATE.

I enjoyed my visit at Home Depot. All the associates I came in contact with greeted me. They asked if i needed assistance or if I was finding everything alright. Everything was in place which made it easy to find things, the store was clean nothing on the floors or throw around. The restroom was clean and smelled good. GREAT JOB GREAT STORE! Thumbs up to the Jackson store and store manager keep up the good work I'll be back!

Paint associate is always helpful. Availability of products are always great. An associate in the paint department is very knowledgeable about whats and where all things are located in this store.

This store was very clean and the staff was very helpful.

The store in flooring and tile was excellent with helping my husband and I find the right carpet and padding for our house. The team that came to lay the carpet did a wonderful job. We had our whole house carpeted, they came in got right to work and finished 3 bedrooms, the hallway, and living room all in one day and results were fabulous. I will be using Home Deport again.

I usually shop at Lowe's it is closer to my home. The staff at home depot is much more knowledgeable. I would recommend home depot to my friends

The sales associate was extremely helpful in finding the products we wanted including climbing a ladder several times to find the exact merchandise. All the while smiling and friendly.

I was not familiar with the location of kitchen tiles in your store but I found a helper who took me to the right spot. Someone asked me later if I needed hellp and he gave me some very good "do it your self advise. I was very satisfied. thank you. PS finding help in loading 8 sack of mulch took some walking but two guys loaded them in my van. thank you

We have to go out of our area to shop at the Home Depot because there is not one near us. We prefer the one in North Jackson because we can usually find exactly what we need. Our last visit there was no exception. The isles are usually well stocked and with numerous choices of what you're looking for. The only problem is sometimes you have trouble finding someone to help. But I think that is a staffing problem, not a customer service problem. The employees are usually very helpful when they are available. The store is nice and comfortable with a relaxed atmosphere.

I was able to locate everything I needed just by looking at your aisle signs and there were associates everywhere to assist. They are always nice and friendly and helpful. I find myself visiting the store just to take a look around.

After the new manager got to this store he did a wonderful job getting the right people in the right places. Now I can fully trust the advice and help I receive from all associates. There is no place in this tri city area where I can find this type of assistance. Why go anywhere else.
