Great customer service. Mike Stephens went above and beyond to help me with a bathroom fan installation.

I have been shopping at this Home Depot for 16 years. During that time I have learned a lot from employees as they quizzed me for details of my needs. Their recommendations usually work out well. And when I have a problem with an item, they work with me to correct the situation either with a different product or with different use of it. Employees are always pleasant, and shelves always seem to be well stocked. Item location signs are explicit, and the store is kept neat and clean, never cluttered aisles or items out of place. Managers are cheerful and helpful when I need something special. It's the perfect home improvement store for me, and I'm glad it's close to home.

store needs a rental dept !!!

I frequently shopped at this particular Home Depot until I moved out of the area. I was near this store and needed to make a purchase so I stopped. I have always found the staff in the Northville store to be friendly and helpful and this visit was no different!

I am always happy with the service and products here. Whenever they don't have what I am looking for, I am able to order it.

This store is in a very good location, it is always clean, they have all the products I need, and the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I love my Northville store, and I live in Livonia. The staff here are always so friendly and eager to help. The store is clean, organized, and it seems no matter what department an employee is in, they can help you and answer questions about anywhere else in the store too!

This store is great. We do try to support our local hardware, but sometimes one just needs to go to Home Depot, and this store is well organized, neat and clean, well stocked, and full of helpful associates and cashiers. Purchases are handled efficiently, returns are processed quickly and without hassle, and everything inside is easy to locate. Sales staff are always nearby to assist, if you need help.

Thank you for the feeling you give the customer the moment the customer walks into the store. I appreciate the greeting and guidance that allows me to make my choice of product, pay, and be on my way in a timely fashion. Keep up the good work that allows the customer to feel at home while in Home Depot.

Very friendly staff. Electrical and Painting departments are top notch. Most helpfulr was Jim E. in the electrical department and Kathy in the paint department

Great Store , I find always what I need and employees are always helpful

This is my preferred Home Depot location. I go out of my way on weekends to buy here as opposed the closer one. I am always greeted by helpful staff who answer my questions or find someone else that can.

On our way to the Livonia movie theater, we stopped in at Home Depot-Northville to pick up joint compound (nice selection and helpful associate) . First time in this store. My husband and I were really impressed with the staff and cleanliness of the store. Nice displays. Well run. All of the staff were genuinely friendly. It made the trip outside of our local comfort zone a joy. Keep up the good work.

This store is a huge disappointment in the service they provide! If you have questions go someplace else.

It is preferable to pay one's bill for previous purchases (with a Home Depot Charge Card), by doing so at the Customer Service counter. I did not have to divulge my social security #, etc. when I previously paid my bills at the Customer Service counter. The employee took my check and processed it. However, at the checkout line on a previous visit the employee mentioned that my social security # was needed and it took much longer to process my payment via a check.

After visiting other home improvement stores...even the so called discount stores...I found that the Home Depot has a better selection and prices that are as good, sometimes even better.

I shopped the Northville Home Depot over the very busy, holiday weekend. Given that it was the holiday weekend, I was expected long waits, lack of inventory and poor customer service. That was absolutely not the case. I was greeted at the door and asked if I needed assistance down virtually every aisle. The paint counter staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and very, very fast. The team behind the counter was having fun with each other and it made the wait enjoyable. On this trip, I also purchased a large quantity of bagged mulch. The folks in the quick load area were very conscience of my cars interior and loaded the bags with great care. I've always been a loyal Lowe's customer, but since moving to this area, shopping this Home Depot store has been more convenient. But, it's the customer service that continues to bring me back. Thank you.
