We went hoping to have exactly what we needed. Stephanie Rocks! Super friendly and helpful. There were plenty of flatbeds for use and made our trip very efficient.

susie made my experience great so friendly so caring my silly simple question wasn’t treated that way. It was treated with respect.

Over the years Home Depot has become much more personalized in its customer service help at the front desk and even generally across the floor. Employees have become much more engaging with customers. (I am almost always using the Home Depot in Norwood.)

In all Home Depot around Avon Brockton Mansfield for me Norwood Home Depot is the best in customer service and there is always someone to help you don’t need call for help and this store always clean and safe

I replaced a defective (old) flex SS shower hose. Ease installation, has a limited lifetime warrantee. The universal flex hose quality appears to be a better than several new bundled kit's hose, and my defective 20+ old SS flex hose. The joint of the old SS flex had failed at connection to the shower head handle. The new universal hose had a better strain relief that appears to eliminate that issue at this connection junction at head handle.

I am recently widowed and have to keep up with the maintenance of my lovely home. HD is my first choice and never fails to advise or direct my needs. Mike Wiener was beyond helpful and compassionate to my questions and concerns.

I had a great experience at the online order pickup counter thanks to Sofija and David. They were both incredibly helpful and professional when I came in to pick up my order. Upon inspection, we noticed some damage to the item, and they handled the situation with care and efficiency. Sofija was patient and understanding, and David quickly stepped in to find a resolution. Their teamwork and customer-first attitude made a potentially frustrating situation smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate their support and excellent service!

When you walk through the store, you can see the smiley face always green at the door. You might get three or four Hi , Hi , because they always have employees that’s willing to help you find something throughout the store . I highly recommend this location.

This store has always been so very clean. The store manager goes above and beyond to make sure everything works out no matter what the circumstances are Stephanie and the ladies at the Pro desk has always been really grateful to me.

If you’re thinking of buying appliances from Home Depot and having them install - Don’t do it. Save yourself the aggravation and buy from an appliance store who will follow through with installation you’ve paid for.

JR jumped at the opportunity to help us as we were checking out. He saw the quantity of supplies my company was purchasing as we work out of state and made the process as smooth as possible. He even doubled checked to make sure nothing was rung up twice or incorrectly. Great employee.

There’s always someone willing to help me figure out the best way forward for what I’m doing. Walking through the store sparks my creativity making trips to Home Depot a happy hazard for my wallet.

The quality of your pine is very poor.

Don't expect any help if you go to the store, unless you seek someone out for 5 minutes. And I'd wear a mask because there was a lot of dust or particulates in the air when I got closer to the lumber department. And then I noticed there was a huge pile of joint compound that had been sitting there since the last time I had been there, and it looked like someone had Disturbed it and it was floating on the air. I was coughing that stuff up for almost 6 hours and it did not taste good in my throat. Definitely need to work on their customer service here and clean up the store

The store has some of the most friendliest staff members I’ve ever seen. Everyone’s always in a good mood.

I always find the people who work at HD to be helpful but I do not always find a person to help. So when they are around they help for sure.

The associate that help with the Weber Grills was knowledgeable and helpful.

The Home Depot in Norwood is one of the best home improvement stores I’ve been to. Every time I visit, I’m impressed by how clean, well-stocked, and organized the store is. From major renovation supplies to small DIY tools, they seem to have it all—and it’s easy to find. The management staff here really stands out. They’re not only friendly but also genuinely knowledgeable. On several occasions, dept managers have gone out of their way to help me find the right products or explain how to use them. It’s clear they care about customer service and take pride in their work. I wish I could say the same for store associate.. they dont seem that interested in helping or locating someone that can help.. It would be nice if least try to greet us the customer by saying hello or thank you.. but that doesn’t happen often The garden center is especially nice—always well-maintained with a great selection of seasonal plants and outdoor items. Parking is easy, and the location is super convenient right off Route 1. Overall, this is my go-to Home Depot. Whether you’re a contractor or just tackling weekend projects, you’ll find great service and everything you need here.

This local store does not have enough desirable paint colors in stock. I had to reorder at different stores.

Too many times I while working on a project I cannot find items I need in the store. I am directed to order online and it delays things for nearly a week. When I am working I need things now not a week later.

I appreciate how clean this store always is.

I purchased #4 rebar and rebar ties on a rainy day. Every single Home Depot employee made eye contact, greeted me, and most asked if I needed help. Three of them discussed my construction need and two of them brought me to the aisle and helped me to grasp the options in front of me. This was my best Home Depot experience, and I have been going to Home Depot for decades.

I have ordered an entrance door with a help from Dave. When I came first time, I didn’t know anything about doors. Dave explained everything patiently and on the way easy to understand. It took me three trips before I really placed the order (I have changed design and handle, before I really understood what I wanted) and Dave always was patient with me. He knows everything about doors, very professional. I wish everybody would be as knowledgeable as Dave.
