Came in to pickup an online order. Noticed once I got done loading the email was not clear if the second part of the order was to be delivered. Went back in, spoke to the assistant store manager Tammy had initially helped with finding the pro order. She got help and escalated it to the Home Depot online team. Order was sorted and I was able to get the item in store and even help was offered as well as an apology for the confusion. This was peak time on a Saturday. Very impressed considering we had the nor’easter the day before and the store was packed. Definitely happy and we continue to shop at this one even through we have plenty of choices

Associates in the lumber department were very helpful in cutting plywood and helping me load bulk materials.

I am a Vietnam nam veteran. A salute to you for offering a military discount. This fact was revealed to me quite by accident. Quite simply, I was standing in line to check out, When a man in front of me said to the cashier, military discount. This came to light just a few years ago, and concerned me. Why is this not a displayed or advertised benefit. Corporate officials, did not offer any answers. I have shopped at the Norwood store since it opened and it would have been nice to know that a military discount was available. As a retired corporate communications specialist I find it difficult to understand why this fact is not distributed. It seems that promoting said fact would be of great value in depot,s marketing effort. Thanks

Store has terrible service. Took a long time to get someone to help. Could not use my gift card. No explanation why I could not use it. Store sucks. Will not go there again.

This store is well-stocked and easy to navigate. I can easily find what I want. Checkout is always quick. Parking is easy. (I am a do-it-herself homeowner; I am usually looking for little things to make repairs or enhancements--not significant reworking of things in my home.)

Frank who helped me get the playsand down from a high shelf and Ileen the cashier who helped me get the help in th first place and then quickly got me checked out and on my way really made my experience painless...and by the way Frank postponed his break to help me with such heavy and unreachable product!

The store opened at 8 AM and no sales associates were on the floor. They were all up the front of the store in what apperaed to be a pep rally run by a member of the management staff. I left unable to find the item I was trying to purchace. I would suggest holding meeting not when the store is open.

The associate at check out was rude and obnoxious, refused to answer a question and walked away. This individual certainly embodied the first three letters of associate.

Purchased a washer and scheduled a delivery. Home Depot contracts to a delivery company (Spirit Delivery) and they were no-call/no-show for my delivery time after waiting hours and spending hours on the phone with very rude, inappropriate employees at Spirit received my washer many days late. Home Depot was sorry but could do nothing to fix the situation or reach anyone at Spirit. What a horrible way of doing business! Never purchasing from Home Depot again.

I would only consider shopping here. VERY helpful and polite staff. Good to see people smiling at work and seemingly happy to be working at Home Depot. Staff is well trained and familiar with every aspect of the store. Well stocked and fair priced! Easy in easy out! No attitudes at Home Depot!

Employees are very helpful and friendly. They know the products and if you have a question they can't answer, they will find someone who can help.

Excellent Service in the appliance section - knowledge associate - easy checkout - delivery on time. Great experience!

I purchased two large plants. I was unable to maneuver the plants myself due to surgery on my arm. The woman at the self checkout was extremely helpful in contacting an additional employee so that I could purchase and put the plants in my car. They wrapped the plants so that they did not dirty the interior of my vehicle.

This store has wonderful garden center! It is always pleasure to buy plants, flowers,etc. at this store.

Everyone was so helpful and took a proactive role in trying to help me find an item. Truly felt like a guest at the store. The extra effort helped locate an item that was not on the display, but was in a sealed box - We went home with what we needed!

I am an electrician... Norwood Home Depot is by far the best store for me.. Steve and Joe in the electrical isle are always there to help assist and Christine Car, Nicole, and Aaron, who all work at pick-up/return, help me out so much and my experience effortless... Also, the big guy in lumber that cuts my plywood for me is always there and very willing to help... A great store...

This man, Edin, who works there really saved my butt on a big project. He was patient and helpful with me being a novice. He did an excellent job of cutting big boards down to size for me to build a book case. I know that my home project would not have come out nearly as well with out his excellent help and advice!!

The Norwood Home Depot is in a great location on Route One. The store is clean and organized, for the most part. However, if you touch just about anything in the outdoor home and garden section of the store, it will likely be covered in bird excrement. The birds obviously live in and around the store due to the sacks of bird seed for sale. I don't think there's a way to remove the birds or resolve the problem. But I think, at the very least, Home Depot should deploy a few sanitary wipe dispensers so that anyone that handles the soiled merchandise can clean their hands. Walmart has these dispensers in their stores and they're very practical and most definitely minimize the spread of germs. Aside from that issue, the staff and management are knowledgeable and helpful. I think Home Depot has better prices than the other home improvement stores. I would recommend shopping at the Norwood Home Depot, but bring some Purell and some paper towels if you go to the outdoor home and garden section.
