Very helpful employees.

Better lighting and Great customer service

I signed up for the Vet's discount. I got an email confirmation but when I went to the store, it didn't apply. The clerk tried twice to get it to work and finally forced it through. He sent me to Customer Service, who had no idea about the program. Shame on HD.

Husband and wife purchased items for home improvement but have cards with different endings on same account.. even with receipt rudely informed myst have card used to purchase as they are on same bank account and listed as debit.

We want to personally thank you so much again for going up and beyond for us, Victor! He is such a kind soul. Closing time was approaching on a Sunday night. We were running a little late than anticipated with our little one. Victor welcomed us in, as we rush inside to find someone who could assist us in the paint department. We felt bad seeing that it was closing time and decided to come another day. However, Victor came rushing over and kindly reassured us that he could help us. We have never received such admirable customer service and are so indebted by his act of kindness. Remarkable team, outstanding service, one of a kind. Thank you!

Had to go back and forth between service and sales desks to simply buy an appliance package which ended being sold out by the time I finally was able to apply the sales discounts and pay with my HD card

Damian in Windows and Doors provided exceptional customer service. He was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. He didn't make me feel as though I didn't know what I wanted even though I was uncertain which items I needed. He worked in Windows & Doors, yet when I requested his assistance, he was more than gracious enough to assist. 5 stars (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)

Brandy, who worked the "returns" window today, went above and beyond to service my return and exchange. She was pleasant, personable, and so patient with an inefficient (my observation) phone support system. This Home Depot is fortunate to have her represent your store. I use this store (#0564) all the time. 99% of the time I am very satisfied. I love the online shopping option and the instore or curbside pickup. I know if the product(s) are in stock. I receive a text or email when my order is ready for pickup. I am in and out faster than using other hardware stores. Recent survey comments following an unusual unacceptable instore pickup. Although my multiple previous online and store pickup experiences at store #0564 have been good, my most recent experience was unacceptable. I have a temporary disability and can not walk all over the store searching for the items that I need for my projects. Therefore, I started using the online Home Depot shopping experience. I like the instore or curbside pickup so I don't have to search the store or wait for shipping to receive the product. Due to my low rating on the survey on my pickup, I received a call from Preston. He inquired about the specifics of my experience. He agreed with me on the issues and insured me that he would train the associate that handled the order. I am very pleased that he will take this order and use it as a teaching opportunity for the associate. Today, he made sure that I had an exceptional instore pickup and even treated me to a special discount. This is what I expect from Home Depot. I recommend that Preston be recognized for his dedication to the Home Depot family and to their customers. Thanks Preston. In conclusion, I just made another $400.00 online order for curbside pickup tomorrow. I am very satisfied now.

Had a great experience buying tools in this store. Alex in tools went above and beyond. He answered all my questions and when one of the items that showed in inventory wasn’t there, he was able to substitute with an upgrade! Great experience overall.

Generally I get very good service from this store. Just this tool rental this time was unsatisfactory in that the tool did not function properly. Most of the time I can find what I need or store employees help me to find what I need. I give the store a 4 star rating.

We waited at the customer service area while 3-4 people tried to "fix" our e-gift card. Tiffany walked up and did it right away. Then upon check out we had the same issue and the cashier had to void the sale and send us to Tiffany for her to do again. She is an awesome employee!!!!

Out of the way location, but their customer service is excellent and much better than other locations. Crystal at the Service Desk is great. They also have a station just inside the front door where they offer free masks, free gloves and free hand sanitizer for customers. Will definitely be coming back here!

Not as friendly as they use to be when Southwest division was attached. No greeting, no help, cashiers are put out if they have to answer questions. Today, the Garden center looked angry that you are shopping here and they have to take your money.

The product I was searching for was on sale at other stores near me but I came back to Home Depot because of the relaxed atmosphere and the helpfulness of the store personal. I purchased a washer/dryer and felt good about my experience.

Michelle is an associate at the return counter and did an excellent job.

Everytime I enter this store it literally feels like home. The reason I go is when I’m thinking of buying plants or even when unfortunately lose my key. (Always have a spare)

I always visit this store to buy for company building maintenance and feel very comfortable. Because all the staffs always welcome and they ask me what I need this time. Even during the very short time shopping, I always am very satisfied with their kind and good service. Fortunately, this homedepot location is very closed to my office. So, I strongly recommend this shop to the neighbors.

I have shopped at this store for several years, and will not shop anywhere else. The selection and service are amazing. The Kitchen Design Team is incredible. Cherrelle and Scott exceeded my expectations in every way. Thank you so vey much.

Great store and great associate.

I needed help in shelving. 3 associates and the pick up people did not help. John was extremely rude. I even called the store while I was inside and that was not helpful either. Craig, Billie and Erik were extremely helpful.
