Enjoy the friendly service at this Home Depot. Brandy saw that I was having a panic attack seeing a pit bull right next to me at self service and immediately stepped in and moved me to a register. I don't enjoy Home Depot being used as a dog park.

I enjoy cashier Brandy as she is always ready to help with a smile. I will go to her whether she is at self service or at a register. Thank you.

Keith Hess in the Tool Rental Department saved my community event party!! My husband and I had purchased a used truck about 3 months ago to allow us to have a "working" truck. This truck came with a tow hitch and other pre-built accessories. I am a board member for my neighborhood association and each year I host the neighborhood Halloween party. This year, since we had a truck, I wanted to have a hayride for the kids. We went to Home Depot to rent a trailer, which we did, this was at 6pm, the night before the event. Keith came out to help us hook it up, and we realized that the hitch pin had a lock on it and we never received the key from the dealership. Keith suggested we go next door to Pep Boys to see if they can help unlock it. We went to Pep Boys and they couldn't do a thing and suggested we go to Uhaul. My husband was frustrated and wanted to end our mission, but I made him press on as the event was the NEXT DAY and I had already announced to the community and everyone that we would have a hayride for all the children. It was too late so had to keep trying. I made a phone call to a friend to see if we can use her truck as a backup, but she could not do it in such short notice. We went to Uhaul and the employee there suggested that we go to Home Depot and rent a saw and cut through the locked hitch pin as he had done something similar in the past. I called the dealership from where we bought the car and was immediately told that the truck was sold as is and to cut the lock pin with a saw. So during the drive back to Home Depot, I googled what we had to do to cut the pin. We arrived back at Home Depot and met with Keith again. He immediately showed me the saw that I would need and to go purchase a blade that cuts through thick metal. I came back with the blade and he proceeded to allow me to borrow the saw, free of charge to cut the pin. He ran the extension cord out to the truck, gave my husband and I safety goggles and held the flashlight for us while we proceeded to cut the pin as it was now 9pm!!!! We finally were able to cut the pin and get the trailer hitched to the truck. The next day at the event the kids LOVED the hayride and we were sooo glad we had this activity as the Bouncy House people who were hired to attend, DID NOT show up! I was soooo glad we had this activity for the kids as the event would have had been a disaster if there was NO bouncy house or hayride if we had given up! Thank you sooooo much Keith Hess for doing what you did to help us out, you were our party saver!!!!! I will only rent tools from you at this location and recommend everyone do the same as these people go above and beyond!!!

I'm proud of this store. Employee interaction with customers had really improved. Stocking is still a bit of a problem. Parking lot is not clean enough.

Have used this store since it opened every time we remodel or need any of the products they sell. It is located very close to our home/office. Employees are very nice, helpful and friendly. When you order paint make sure the person mixing it for you knows what they are doing. Also enjoy ordering products such as special potting soil in advance on their website and picking it up at the store. Had a little trouble with things being delivered to our home but I guess things like that just happen whether it be computer and/or human error.

Very central and easily accessible store. Friendly and helpful staff there to assist you immediately. Self checkout quick and simple. Parking lot is huge and recently trees were cut back to you can actually see the store sign from Forest Lane now!

I found this trip to Home Depot to be satisfying which has not been the case in the past, so Iam happy to see the changes made. Everyone was friendly the store was clean and I went in got what I needed and left quickly it was great. Also being a women they often think I dont know anything but this was not the case. Thank You

Management needs to be more strict on cashiers. Two cashiers at the self-checkouts were on their cellphones at the time of our visit, very unprofessional seeing that there were numerous customers there.

I've been going to this particular store since it opened - maybe 20 years ago? I'm not a builder or contracter - just a home-owner looking for help and value in the work items I buy. Each time I go, I think they've enhanced their stock, displays, quality and quantities.....and the store associates could not be more helpful. Always a good experience for me.

I asked for help to load 24 BAGS of mulch. Ignored

Good Luck getting help in this store like with most other Home Depots. The Pro Desk is a joke. They look at you as if you dont even exist. You can stand in their line for 10 minutes with no one in sight and they workers will ignore you. This home depot is not like the others. Other Home Depots you will be greeted, helped and remembered. This store is has 0 customer service concerns, just get in , pay them and get out!

The employees are knowledgeable about the products they carry and are always very helpful without being pushy! The store is always clean!

This store is a little older than most, but they usually have a good selection. If you need help or a great cashier, Lavetta is the best! She is extremely helpful and friendly. She makes my trips for home repair enjoyable!

I recently made the purchase of a dishwasher. There was a problem at the original instillation so the installers took the unit back and told us to reschedule when we fixed the problem. An hour later we called and rescheduled for the following Saturday. We wait all day Saturday but nothing happened. I called Home Depot and learned our dishwasher had been returned to the manufacturer and I would have to purchase another unit. So now the unit has increased in price and no refund could be made until the original unit has been received back. A $50.00 concession was given for the problem and I would be given the original purchase price as well. Later that evening I look at the receipt and find the installation charged was more than the original price quoted. Again, I call Home Depot and inform them of the mistake. I am a little upset at this point that I'm continuously having to call back about this order. All I am wanting is to have the order match our original order. The representative offers to give me the installation for free and keeps me on the phone while she makes detailed notes about the situation and calls the store to process my credit card. Now I'm being told today that The Home Depot will not honor that installation. I cannot express how bad a taste this experience has given me. I know Home Depot is a big company and it's hard to keep everyone on the same page. But this transaction has been horrible and I honestly don't think you guys will be my first choice any longer. Constance from the 11468 Grissom Lane; Dallas, TX 75229 location hung up on me. The manager still has not returned my call. It's very disappointing. I haven't had an experience that make me want to write any feedback since 2005.
