Your cashier had no respect to acknowledge for cleaning me down these dirty bottles I needed to buy, my hands were very filthy with dust from these bottles I purchased, I should not have to bring home dirty products and need to drive to my next destination with dirty hands on my steering wheel, the employee at the cashier has no respect for it’s customers and is in the wrong department, playing dumb and not answering me when I asked her nicely if I can get a discount credit for buying out these dirty cleaning products is not respectful to not answer and she saw these bottles I took a picture of them after she could not acknowledge it and told her I will relay it to the manager. To the manager I ask you train your staff in such scenario that they should offer to clean down these bottles this at least would make it a good guesture to offer me a disinfectant to wash down my hands before getting into my car, an embarrassment off a Home Depot cashier employee.

If you need help with a salesperson.....good luck you need to know what you want because noone there can help you, they are just clercks collecting a paycheck.

I bought a custom blind from this store. It was not correctly made and I hoped to resolve the issue by calling the store. The phone line goes unanswered leaving us no choice than to drive to the store to speak with customer service.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank your night manager She was great with communication skills was great and she gave great advice and insight on things we need in electrical and plumbing she was very helpful and I think her name was Mrs Tawanda she took her time and I appreciate her

The store is always a mess, the workers are lazy and not attentive, and they never try to help customers. As a Home Depot stock owner, I am surprised they allow such unhelpful staff work at this location.

I would like to say I shop here on occasionally and the store was very busy and I couldn’t find what I need so I went to the service desk and Kenneisha I hope I got her name right and The manger Tawanna was very helpful and kind she got what I need even though you did not have it she upgraded my choice great service and team work from them

I ordered a kitchen at another location and had it shipped to the fort.Lauderdale store. The employees here were so helpful. They knew exactly how to handle it and found help to get me loaded into my car. I had to make multiple trips and they were well aware of what pieces were left and provided me great service each time I went back. It was a great experience.

New home shopping. HD had everything we needed. Thanks.

THIS store makes Home Depot look bad. Thankfully I go to all the other Home Depot stores in Broward as well and know that this location does not model the great service and commitment of the others. I only go here because it’s close to me but when k have the time, I’ll drive up to an hour for the great service at others, ESPECIALLY AT THE NORTH LAUDERDALE STORE!

Didn't find a large selection

What has happened to this place. In the past month, in-store employees have actually REFUSED to show me where items were. One of them told me, "It's on Aisle 40, go look for yourself." And, it wasn't there. When I tried to ask a cashier a question, I was told to "complete your purchase first and either follow OUR procedures or leave." This is just a few of the situations I've encountered at Home Depot in the past month, including having a store mark an item as delivered to me when it wasn't, having their 888 customer service tell me I received items that they admitted were not even available in the store the item was supposed to have been sent from, and have their 888 customer service tell me I received delivery items that were not even in their own proof of purchase picture. I think this place is going out of business.

Excellent employees, especially Miss Brenda, she's very helpful, nice, friendly and on point. We spent lots of $ in renewing our kitchen @ bath and all we bought we got it @ Home Depot Okland prk and the one on Sunrise blvd. My wife loves shopping for mulch and flower too. Me? most of the things I need I find there HVAC, electrical etc. . . is a 1 stop and get store.

I am disabled and the carts that I need to get around your store are located at the exit, when they should be at the entrance

I'm really ticked to get 10 % off so your new rules are not for me stupid person who created this should be fired and I've been a customer when you only had 5 stores total in the 80s

I have been coming to this particular store for a very long time I've seen several different changes sometimes there's no one around to help but overall the store is pretty good service

Huge staff volume. Super nice and helpful staff members. A pleasure to shop at this particular Home Depot. I can shop at any of a dozen different ones but will literally pass others to go to this store. Just did that yesterday in fact !!!

Home Depot of what you want to get your job done properly you can depend on Home Depot. You don’t have to go nowhere else. You just go one place to shop and you get everything you need in a timely manner fashion. Thanks for the boys close by me.

An employee of this store felt the need to make a belligerent rude comment about my being parked in a handicap space, while my handicap parking permit was displayed. Your emplyees are not medically trained and should be told to mind their jobs and NOT the actual valid medical issues of paying customers. Please HD, do better.

I went in here to receive one thing and the lines were long but the night manager she jumped in got the lines down and apologized for the inconvenience of the wait this is a person I would like to work on my team she asked me no questions correct me but I think I heard a young lady call her miss T she only works at night the young lady was alone she handled this store great and fast

Impossible returns, one person 20 min and there is 10 More people on line . Only one slow cashier in return department. Not going there again..

I needed several bottles of Rustaid and I could find one on the shelves. With the help of Marvelle at the self-checkout and Dwain in the plumbing section, we FINALLY located more of the product. It took quite some time to finally locate the items and the average employee probably would have just stated to they could not find it. Dwain went above and beyond to help me locate the items. Employees are the face of any company and they made Home Depot SHINE!!! Kudos to Dwain and Marvelle at store #0249 in Oakland Park
