Every time I go to this store in Florida the employees are so helpful & happy. At times walking through the store I had multiple staff inquiring if I needed help. That was nice.

I live closer to the Home Depot on 441 (#6312), and almost every time I go there looking for something specific, they don't have it, and I end up going to the store on Oakland Park. This has happened so many times (over 15 years) that I have finally given up on the closer store. For example, I went there looking for some metric bolts, and stared in dismay at the selection in the isle, unable to find what I wanted. Finally I asked an associate and was told 'you have to go to the big stores for metric stuff'. Really? I can go to a tiny Ace Hardware near me and find every metric screw, nut and so on that I could ever need (and often do, now.) I really don't understand the difference between the two stores, but I've come to learn that the store on Oakland Park is always better.

I went into the store to look and counter tops, etc. -- had no idea that Home Depot also does installations. Representative will come out to measure my kitchen and an estimate will be provided.

The refrigerator was purchased online and delivered in a timely manner. The associate who took the order and the two men who delivered it were friendly, professional, and fully knowledgeable.

There is this old guy there who works at the floor section. He's such a nice guy!!! Helped me in everything I needed. I forgot his name.... But he's from New York and is the most sweetest old guy I ever met!!!

Check out is fast. I'm sure they will have this store back organized as usual.

Every time I visit the store in Oakland Park the staff is so helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

I've been shopping at Home Depot Oakland Park and 95 for a long time my experience there have been excellent I recommend it to everybody

YOU CAN ALWAYS FIND HELP IF YOU NEED IT, EVERYONE IS SO FRIENDLY.

The store was very clean and organized. The employees were very friendly and helpful. One took the time to check on the correct light bulbs for me and directed me to the proper aisle for the other items I needed.

Elliot from flooring is a great guy, he is always willing to help me anytime I go into the store. He is a great guy, and I recommend everyone going to the Home Depot:)

I was able to find all the items I need and the prices were affordable, also the store is always clean and uncluttered .There is always an associate if you need help.

This store is simply geared to helping the customer from start to finish. Our experience was unbelievable! Ron helped us from the minute we walked in looking for tile. We were assisted with the amount we would need, grout, mortar and accessories. He walked us up to the pro desk, checked us out with no waiting, got a forklift himself and loaded the tile into our vehicle. My husband and I have been going to the Home Depot for 13 years together and we never experienced a more pleasant scenario than at the Oskland Park Florida store.

Cashiers have issue with using cash register...i visit everyday for work purposes and everyday the cashiers are extremly rude...if i didnt HAVE TO goto your store i wouldnt, why would you be rude to your customers?..we put money in your store and in return i have to start my day with some nasty attitude cashier! Tisk tisk h.d. homer would not aprove of this standard

Store and inventory are fine, customer service is lacking. Availability of sales associates on the floor is almost non-existence. Staff NEVER answers the phones.

I was making purchases for my church garden and required 60 bags of manure. I called the day before to see if the quantity was available and was to told indeed it was and would be waiting for me the next day as requested. The bags were wrapped upon arrival and were placed in the vehicle for me by a very kind associate. Other items were sought and not all the seeds I wanted were there. After completing the purchase I forgot my small items and when called back later, the cashier said they were waiting for me. Very nice and conscientious people!
