No one to load mulch into my car. Waited 30 minutes. Cashier called 4 times and no one showed up

Home depot is my store, despite i could never find a 2 pole 20amp Siemens circuit breaker for years as needed for repairs to pumps. But i shop 1-5 times a day almost. Great competable prices though....if one store don't have what u looking for another store is near by and available at always convenient opening hours. From 2005 i shop here for all projects, and returns on any item thats not needed or malfunction no problem to return it....grest stores and services

Use Internet or SmartPhone App to locate an item before visiting the store. Takes out frustration of trying to find things and you know how many are in stock. Speeds of getting what you want quickly. Staff is readily available to help when you have any questions.

I went in the store looking for the perfect grill. The associate was very helpful while we walked around looking for the grill I needed. No more going to Loews for me.

Parking is easy, store is clean and well organized. Appears to have fewer customers than other HDs in my area. Product quantity is less than the other HDs but when I want a quiet easy trip for common items, I always go to this one.

Visited the store to do price comparison on washers and dryers. The prices were the best. Sales associates were very helpful. We made a purchase.

We went in for stuff for our apartment patio (carpet, plants, decorations, etc) The older gentleman who was working the carpet are was awesome. He was so friendly and very knowledgeable. He knew the process of carpets right off the top of his head. He gave us time to look at colors and different textures, etc. He was great. I recommend this store to anyone.

I was very satisfied with the help I received and the product.

I visited Home Depot on Thursday afternoon to purchase a piece of plywood for a soffit repair and a connector for a pressure washer hose. I was in the aisle where the plywood is located for about 15 mins. I was looking at the wood and I walked up and down a couple of times to locate the plywood. Then I was trying to see the difference in the pieces. Some had obviously not been put back in the right place. During this time 2 associates walked up and down the aisle and totally ignored me. I did see one of them helping another customer so I know that he was in his own work area. I thought he would come to me when he had finished with the other customer but he didn't bother. No one spoke to me in this store - I felt like I was invisible. I went to look for a fitting for a pressure washer. I asked an associate where they were and he pointed over in the general direction and tole me that thy were over there on the left. I was unable to see a fitting of the type I was looking for and I did not have the time to go seek one of the very elusive associates to ask for help so I left without finding the fitting. I then had to wait quite a while for checkout. It was between 5 - 6pm and only one checkout was open. I had noticed that customer service at Home Depot had improved somewhat in the last few years but this store must have got left behind in that metamorphosis

I was very happy with the help I received. Everybody was very helpful and quick to help. The store was very clean. And a timely manner of my purchase/return was prompt. I would definitely recommend This store and Home Depot to everyone. I'm very happy and think Home Depot.
