It took extra time and effort to find good 2X8 pt boards, too many knots!

great paint department, they helped me make a fantastic choice regarding staining a wooden fence. It came out great thank to their help

I'm upgrading all 3 ceiling fans one by one from Home Depot. They had a wide variety of ceiling fans. I chose the one that's equipped with the lights as well as the control. The blades come to sided to flip which color you want. They were at a reasonable price. I bought the 3rd one today at a great price and got a $25 discount by applying for a new card. Everyone is super nice in this store. Great customer service.

I don’t think I could do my business without Home Depot. They provide all the necessary tools and equipment that I need and they always have it in stock. All their employees are super friendly, never act rude, or like they’re doing me a favor just good folks my wife even likes coming with me, she loves all the displays for the holidays. They always do a really great job.

My one and only house key broke in my door and no where else would even attempt to fix it. But this lovey head cashier named Carol was determined to help me fix it. She ensured we'd try a couple methods before giving up. With her brilliant and quick thinking she helped tape my key back together for the machine to read it! I was amazed by how quick I was out of the store and on my way home! Her customer service was beyond exceptional and I'm very satisfied with my visit! I'm very thankful for her help with fixing my key! I will definitely be returning to this home depot and again!

Questions and concerns were dismissed at first. Employers checked into them and called me back to assist. Very impressed with that time they took to address my situation. Thank you, Pablo.

Even though I was not able to purchase what I was looking for due to them being out of stock, the 3 employees I interacted with (Sid, Ben & Tammie) all were professional and willing to help me locate the item I wanted. All 3 dedicated their time to attempt to locate what I was after. They went above and beyond to make sure I walked away feeling like a valued customer.

Shopped, went to cash out. No open registers, only self check out. I don't use the self check out. Had to go to customer service to check out.Not Happy.

They have enough employees working so they can help you find what you are needed.

Tammy at the customer service desk is the best example of an employee that exemplifies great service, knowledge and patience that you would want to represent your business. She’s a small part of a big organization that gets buried in all of the noise, but is very important to the customers who come in with a variety of issues. I thank her for working with me on several occasions with multiple items that I have purchased. I hope that employees like her are recognized and are appreciated.

I am building a large deck on the back of my home, 30 x 16. I have purchased all my materials for this project at this store

Great experience would go again

I'm trying to finish up my new little barn and had a list of things such as lights, both decorative and functional, fans, and a couple landscaping items. However I left with only one of the major items as no one was around to help. I like Home Depot, but this day was not a good survey day!

Employees were helpful. I was surprised. Usually can't find help . But these people were fantastic

Every time I visit this store, I am greeted and helped!

Bought 5 mini plants and apparently they werent put in my bag. When I went back the next day, customer service told me they couldnt help me this occured the day before. I am out 10$, no plants and no help. I spent over 240$...I guess they feel $ 10 is nothing. I will not shop at this store again.

Store employees were wonderful, I told floor person what I wanted and he took me right to it and told me what else I would need. Self check out person also went out of her way to help me.

Found that your prescription ces were competitive and services of employees were awesome. They take their serious and are always willing to help.

Three days ago, I went to the Ocala store to do some shopping for appliances with my spouse. The sales person approached us and provided what I considered to be really outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to help us, select the items that we were looking for. I was very appreciative of the way she handled everything. She was also very courteous and very knowledgeable. I had to take the time to ask her who her manager was because I also wanted to thank her manager and let her manager know how excellent she was and her skills set.

I started going to this store because you can find employees to help you in every aisle: not like the other store across the street. I am always get greeted and get help when i need it. That is why i love this store.
