He made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I ordered the the laundry pair yesterday, and they will not arrive for 7 to 10 days

Living an hour and a half from the nearest Home Depot warrants an all day adventure for us. In need of a riding lawn mower and only one in stock according to the website. we phoned ahead to ensure it was really in stock and the sales associate allowed us to purchase it over the phone to ensure it would be there. Also we had no ramps for our trailer but Home Depot said they could help us with that- another associate provided ramps and pushed it into our trailer. Very grateful for all the help!! Thank you thank you Omak Home Depot, you all are awesome!

Checkout is a frustrating nightmare card readers simply do not work. I think harber freight may be a better way to shop without the check out hassle.

Esmundo C from Roadie Delivery service delivered my Home Depot order to the wrong house. I have a photo of the delivery location, but for the privacy of the unsuspecting home, I will not share it. They got my order and I did not. I then had to spend 2 hours trying to sort out this mess. Omak Home Depot would not answer their phone. I will not recommend this as long as you use Roadie delivery.

Bought garden items and was greeted by friendly cashier in the garden center who made sure I had everything I needed, also greeted by store manager who was helping customers with load outs and making sure the plants were watered.

The employees here knocked it out of the park today. Helped me out with some major shopping!

Whenever I go to Home depot, I know exactly where to go and what I need. Plus someone is always there to help me or my wife. It seems like I said I like everything but it is true.

I love going to this home depot the people are exceptionally helpfull and friendly. They don't always nail it but their attitude and attentiveness makes up for their shortcomings. A little more work is needed in making sure damaged product isn't delivered at home delivery tho.

The store always has what I need or gets it very soon. The clerks have always been eager to help.plesant shopping experience

Don't ever expect Home Depot to train their employees!

we bought quite a few appliances from this store, even though the sales associates were friendly n kind ,i just wish we wouldn't have to wait 3 weeks to get a new stove.

I purchased a kitchen faucet just last week. They had plenty to choose from and complete stock on each one. Purchased a freezer a month ago. Great delivery.

The associates are helpful and welcoming. There was a few complex circumstances with returning a product. The associate were able to fix it. Thanks for helping us. The products available are also excellent.

I have shopped here at the Omak store mostly at the store but I’ve also shopped online and had deliveries come here for pickup. Every time I’m here I am greeted warmly, and have found that there is always someone nearby to help me either find something, show me alternatives to a products, measure and cut wire; etc. always. I’ve never left frustrated ever. Great management team for sure and just great people working there—both young and old alike!

I waited for assistance for 16 minutes in the electrical department. The customer service once you can find someone is typically helpful in my experience. Bob in appliances however is grumpy. I’ve purchased from him a few times and it’s the same each time. No smile, no personality. I ask for someone else to help me in that department now. He’s depressing to deal with

Before covid, the Halloween selection was better. What we did find we grabbed. Very happy with the animatronic scarecrow. Home depot crew are great people

Went to buy and entry door and was assisted by Beth Siemon a Millwork Specialist. I was extremely happy with the search for the door that made us happy and the cost. She took good care of us and her service was greatly appreciated.

I needed some parts for my sprinkler system and the customer service here was incredible.

Plan on doing more shopping and I love my whisky barrel planters.

The online website has a terrible search engine that usually does not give me what I am looking for and adds much that shouldn't have been found. It also seems to insist that Omak is near Southcenter; they are about 250 miles apart. The Store in Omak has a lot of very poor lumber, lacks in plumbing pieces that fit together, and usually has me leaving, only purchasing part of what I came for.

Working with flooring representative Tennille made the whole shopping experience a breeze! My husband and I had such poor experience speaking with reps at other locations we’d nearly given up trying to get flooring from Home Depot. But Tennille restored our confidence by being so knowledgeable and helpful we were able to select flooring for the entire house with her recommendations and she saved us several thousand dollars by getting us special promotions and deducting unnecessary add ins from the 3rd party installer. Highly recommend working with her!

The website tries to force the store for my transaction as Southcenter, which is 250 miles from Omak, south of Seattle. Entering the Omak zip code does not keep from getting Southcenter. The search engine is rarely directing me to what I searched on.
