Amazing experience alert! I must take a moment to send a note of thanks on behalf of Erica and Goyo for their incredible ability to go the extra mile. Erica took time to hear and address my request, following through until complete. Goyo, was extremely patient with loading my purchase into my car, which took about an hour. These two are wonderful examples of going the extra mile to help a customer complete the project. Now I can relax on my new patio. Team work makes the dream work. Thanks again. I was looking for "fly bags" to lure and capture flies. I walked over to a sales associate who was standing close to the area where my product was located. She greeted me with a smile and promptly showed me, by pointing out the exact location where the product was. I was very happy about how friendly and prompt she was. Then she asked me if there was anything else she could assist me with. I responded, not at this time, thank you! Then I walked over to the "self checkout" section and scanned my items. I like this store located at: 2930 S. Euclid Ave, Ontario, CA 91762 it's conveniently located near my home and they always have this product in stock. And, I love this product because it's the best way to get rid of my fly problem around our chickens. ツ

I’m sorry I didn’t get the employees name that helped me but he was a very friendly gentleman that helped me get down a microwave down from the rack. He was just super friendly and didn’t mind getting the microwave down! I just really appreciated being treated nicely and not like I was a bother to him! Thank you so much to that gentleman!

I came to purchase multiple items and the associates in the store went above and beyond in helping me even grabbing a cart for me to carry my purchases. This is not the closest store to me, but I will make a point to come here for my shopping needs.

Over all I love shopping at Home Depot

Customer service Rep was very helpful with ordering my outdoor sheds. She help by assisting use my Home Depot App to buy and use my military discount which was huge for me.

The flooring installation company is a nightmare but the store is very good and the people that have to deal with the problems that this situation causes are very good.

After looking for the item on line, I found what I needed and came in to buy.

the customers service on the phone was rude, the customer service in the store was not available. i am a handicap person and could not get any help to to my purchase in my car. very disappointed with this home depot and I have been shoppong at home depot for many years but the customer has really gone down hill.

They over charged me on a flat of succulents. There was a $22 flat next to a flat of 8 individual containers priced @$6.98. Same exact plant. Which seems a bit shady anyway. Assuming it was all individual container, the Home Depot associate changed me 16 x $6.98. It should have been $22 for one flat and 8 x $6.98 for the other flat that someone did not merchandise properly. I realized the error 2 days later. So I went to customer service to at least fix pricing for the $22 flat I brought pictures and the plastic flat with the prices tags. Then lady at customer service did not take any time to understand the issue. She lied and said they need a physical receipt. My account has the digital receipt and it also shows a copy of the receipt. We also know the receipts are easily linked to credit cards. She doubles down on the lie and says if I can print the receipt they will review security cameras. I am begging Home Depot to pull security footage and show the incorrect charging and then also show us how horrible the customer service was. What you will see in the video is a decision based on perception. I had been in the yard all day. Next to me you will see a well dressed couple returning $100s in items no questions asked. We are taking about $30 in Home Depot overcharging. I'm not even asking them to correct the poor merchandising. Please Home Depot, let me know when you have the security video for us to review.

The Ontario store is well organized and I find things very easily. When I cannot find something an associate is willing to help!!!

The Home Depot Associates in Ontario, California understand superior customer service. Greeting a customer, looking them in the eye, listening to their needs, directing them by walking them to the product, and asking if any further assistance is needed This has sadly become a lost trait in society I cannot believe what a wonderful experience. It was to go into a Home Depot and actually feel like a valued customer. Other stores could certainly learn from this model Thank you to the employees and the management for focusing on customer service. In a world where shopping online has become the normal to avoid Retail store drama It was absolutely a pleasure to shop at the Ontario Home Depot.

They got rid of cashiers here and only offer self checkout. The greed of Home Depot to try and not give people jobs so that their customer's can have that human contact and better service is tragic. I won't shop here again.

Really appreciate the support staff at the register who assist with putting my purchases in my bags.

Told we would receive a call the night prior to delivery and when we did not get a call, I called the store & was told thee delivery person will call when they are 30 minutes away, even after I explained we would need to make arrangements for someone to be home I was told that’s why we give you 30 minutes, uh hello what if you work farther than 30 minutes?

Store should never use staff to make sales pitches in person to any walk in customers for contracted home improvement services. I got screwed because they never showed up to install water filtration services. Had to canceled immediately.

We purchased 20 bags of Gorilla hair multch but had to have the products on a will call for next day pickup.

Found multiple employees hiding in a corner laughing and enjoying themselves while I could not find what I needed.

Now that I’m finished installing I like my dishwasher but it needed so many extra parts it was crazy. Would not recommend GE dishwasher. Doesn’t even come with a plug to plug it in.!! You have to pay $14.00 and install yourself.

The vendor is forcing us to buy plastic pots to get the over priced plant. Most of the plants are not rooted well so you either have to baby them or they die and you go back for more. The garden department has gone downhill in the past couple of years so now I go to the local nursery. Prices are lower and the plants are rooted well.
