The vendor is forcing us to buy plastic pots to get the over priced plant. Most of the plants are not rooted well so you either have to baby them or they die and you go back for more. The garden department has gone downhill in the past couple of years so now I go to the local nursery. Prices are lower and the plants are rooted well.

Boy! great experience with Mat, from flooring he was super helpful --- Greeting me and asked how he could help, he unloaded my heavy thin set bags from the car, and not only did he do that he waited for my exchange... wait then he took the wrong item that I had purchased, and brought back the right ones, gets better he drove my cart to check out, and then loaded the heavy thin set bags back in my car, what a champ! Thank you so much Mat in flooring!!!

Home Depot has lots of building materials but puts aside little floor space for appliances, which are expensive- with lots of rules and regulations.which are not explained, such as dryers in the garage must be 18 inches off the floor or installers won't install. Like 2 old ladies would know that. I prefer to see what I am buying and talk to a sales rep who actually has experience with the products. Our old dryer was on a pedestal only to make it easier for us to get clothes out. Turns out Home Depot sells a riser that puts the dryer up to 18 inches but they don't offer it. We could have bought the dryer we went in for. We only found out about this riser from the plumber . Also, turns out if the gas shut off valve isn't working properly they won't touch it and neither will the gas company. You have to call a plumber. We used to shop at Home Depot because they employed really knowledgeable people who cared about customers getting the best they offered. The sales person we had neither knew or cared what was best. A good cashier but lacking in customer service skills. The person to look for is Jeanette. After having issues with installation and getting the runaround on the phone for half an hour (if a person did answer I was put on hold then cut off) she picked up our call. Her happy to help us attitude immediately calmed my frustrations. She even called me back to confirm she had taken care of the issue. She is the rep we used to hear when we called a place of business:cheerful, helpful, patient, listened and learned our issues and took care of them. The man who greeted us at the door and directed us to the appliance department and Jeanette, on the phone, were credits to their jobs. Home Depot used to be the one you went to when you needed help. Now, not so much. immediately reduced our irritation and help us she did.

Very good customer service, definitely would go back and recommend my family and friends to go there.

Greeted by Cashier Berta! Pleasant and cheerful! Associate VIncent loaded 40lb bags of salt in my cart... pushed the heavy thing to the cashier and then loaded my car without my even asking! Wonderful! Thank You!!!!!

I love how respectful each associate is up at the front end and pro services. I also love how clean the Ontario store is every other Home Depot I have gone to is not as organized

Unbelievable took nearly an hour from the time entered store to check out to get some gutter and downspout materials look like a bomb blew up in the area of course the most used parts weren't on the Shelf to be grabbed by customer

I bought my stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and some other things and to date everything is still working fine for over 5 years

I spoke with Ethan in rentals about renting a small circular saw and he guided me on what I would need and how to buy one to save money in the long run. Now I own a circular saw and am able to modify my desk in the music studio and make clean cuts any time I need. Thank you Ethan for your expertise, time and consideration.

I love my Home Depot #6884 it is always neat fully stocked and great customer service. My last transaction there a pro associate by the name of Grace was so kind and so professional. It made it a pleasure buying from Home Depot visit the store or you will not be dissatisfied.

They have a Sun Run Rep in there every weekend being annoying. What's the point of having this obnoxious person inside of the store bothering people and taking up aisle space. Would like to avoid this while shopping.

I purchased insulation for my attic and compared prices and availability and quit looking around because the effort and few dollars I could have saved would not compare to the service, convenience, availability and cleanliness of the Ontario store.

I purchased an item for $11.98 plus tax but refunded $11.03 plus tax. I did not have my receipt but cashier asked and used the charge card to verify but still shorted me.
