Talk about Amazing customer service! Im a first time home buyer, and it has been stressful picking out items for my home. I went to another home depot looking to get some flooring, and I was stuck with a bunch of people that did not know what they were really talking about. I decided to try this other Home Depot down the street from my house and im glad I did!!! I went to the flooring department and right away was greeted by Roberto from flooring. Told him what I was looking for and he right away assisted me in building my order. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable with flooring and gave many wonderful suggestions which really made me a happy customer. After looking in the system he saw the store only had 40 or so cases of a certain dylac of tile I wanted and I needed 94. He took down my information, and said he would call around other stores for me to try to find me all the cases I needed. The next two days he called around multiple stores to locate all the cases for me, he had them picked up and brought to the Ontario store, then finalized my order. Talk about amazing customer service! Roberto even called me on his day off to follow me up on my order and assure me that he was working hard on my order. Today I went into the store to complete and pay for my order, which is being delivered tomorrow. This has been such an amazing experience, and the Ontario Home Depot should be proud of Roberto from flooring. I have MANY more things I need to purchase for my home, and I am going to make sure I go to the Ontario Home Depot for all my needs! If you need professional advice on flooring, I definitely recommend you go in and talk to Roberto. Keep up the Great work Roberto!

I went in for paint and the associate was able to find the paint I needed and mixed it for me. I had questions about paint thinner and they were able to recommend a good quality one. The layout of the paint department is easy to navigate

Just needed to run in to pick up a paint brush - quick, easy trip.

Never had a problem with anything/ anybody in this store since this location has opened a few years back. Great team / staff / management.

we had a good selection of styles and varieties to choose from. Tillia was so helpful and efficient, she was very helpful to an injured customer while she assisted us. The store was bright, clear and had an abundace of products and services.Poppi

I am lucky, I live relatively close to 3 Home Depot stores Upland,Pomona & Ontario. But Ontario never Disappoints, it is always clean, I can always find an associate to help me and they are friendly & knowledgeable. And if you are in need of help at the paint desk Lawrence is AWESOME!!!

The employees here never cease to impress me with their exceptional customer service skills. Even though Home Depot is not always the lowest price and even though they are further from my house than Lowes, I still come here.

Took a while to find an associate but i wasnt in a hurry and it let me explore the store more. Aisles were messy with items on the floor and pallets waiting to be stocked.

I went in to the store knowing exactly what I needed it, knew where is was located. I got my items and checked out quickly.

I've been to this store a thousand times. I have my favorite associates, like my buddy Leo. He is the best. The associates are always helpful...even walking me to the exact place where the item I am looking for instead of just telling me which isle it's located. Rosemary my cashier was friendly and called to me when I walked past her open register instead of letting me wait in line at the adjacent register. Thank you Rosemary!

THE LAYOUT A BIT DIFFERENT BUT WOULD BE EASY TO ADJUST TO. MY COMPLAINT WAS I PURCHSED AN ITEM THAT I FOUND TO HAVE BEEN CUT OPEN BEFORE, MAY HAVE BEEN USED THEN REPLACED IN PACKAGE AND TAPED UP. IT MAY HAVE MISSING PARTS AND I WILL RETURN THIS MORNING FOR ONE THAT IS NOT A SECOND.

No other store in the area carries the rainbird sprinkler head I needed.

I was really happy with the associates that were there to assist me. The only concern was the tall ladders on the aisle. It limits space, but other than that, scale it a top 10!

I'm working on a project at home and been going back and forth to this store and so far my checkout experience with Rosemary was excellent. This lady knows her stuff and is very pleasant compared to the other cashiers. Wish there was more people like her in this store.

The store is so huge that sometimes it is difficult to see what we wanted. Nothing to worry there is always an associate who is willing to assist us. Good job.

The product (item#1778013) I wanted was not on display although it was supposedly in stock when I check the website before going to the store. I could not find any assistance and decided to just checked out the items I picked up.

This store moved from Chino a few years ago (My home store) I was worried it wouldn't feel the same. I was wrong this store is not only closer but its much more organized and the employees are a mixture of new and some of the Chino employees. There's sense pride that's in the air.

Has a good experience in ordering window from the mill works. Associate was helpful in ordering the right window. The cashier Rosemary was very helpful and should be given a star for friendliness.

I have gone to many Home Depot stores and this is by far the best that I've been to. I live right in between South Chino, Ontario and Eastvale Home Depots. I normally pick up from Eastvale, but I have now transferred my local store to Ontario. This Home Depot is always busy, so I guess others must feel this way too.

six associates stood around talking while I looked for 10 minutes. When I gave up and walked out, I met another assocate who offered to help but didn't know, so he asked one of the six, interrupting their gab fest. The one he asked told me there is no such thing as half inch stock then practically called me a liar when I said I had purchased it there before. I love Home Depot but this store is the worst.

John helped me out in the garden department. He was extremely helpful and knowledgable of all thnngs related to gardening and answered all of my questions.

I'm able to get in and out with kids in tow. Their is always an Associate around to help. Clean and fast.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT AT THIS LOCATION. THE CASHIER LET US KNOW THE PRODUCTS WE WERE PURCHASING WERE ON SALE WITHOUT US EVEN KNOWING. I FREQUENT THIS STORE ALL THE TIME AND THE PEOPLE IN THEIR DEPARTMENTS HAVE SAVED US A LOT OF MONEY BY BEING ABLE TO REPAIR THINGS OURSELVES WITHOUT HAVING TO HIRE SOMEONE.
