To Whom It May Concern I am very pleased with the store associates and the special attention I received from the store manger. I check the online web site but sometimes it is hard to get a clear idea of items I need. I call store sometimes and asked to speak to store manger before going to store for items I was not sure they would have or could get. The store manger has always taken my calls and even went as far as to get item and have it waiting on me. This is very important because I purchase thousands of dollars at Home Depot a year for my family, friends and people who I do work for along with items I purchase for myself! I have mostly stopped shopping at Lowe's and Menard's Thank you for your time

Associates were very helpful from the time I entered the store. The associate who helped me with the purchase was very helpful. Was disappointed that the product (microwave) was not available in the store and I had to wait for it to be ordered.; which meant another trip to the store. I was very very happy to find the orchids in the store at a very reasonable price; I bought two plants and when I returned to pick up the microwave I bought 2 more plants. All in all a good experience.

Great Store experience. Sales associate Mickey was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Everything I needed he knew what it was and where it was, which saved me alot of time since I was not familiar with this store. Having Associates like this are what keep me coming back to Home Depot.

Overall experience was great. Had an issue at one of the self checkouts and an associate was right there to help. Total checkout time approximately a minute. Store was very clean even though it was cold and snowy outside, well lit, overall a very nice store.

The associates are what makes this a great place to shop! They are always available to help and almost all of them are knowledgeable of the areas they work. This is not the case at the other stores in the area. I am treated as a valued customer, which I really appreciate. They were the first to start offering a Veteran's discount and they continue to do so when others have stopped. This is where I shop.

I had a pipe bust and my house was full of water, I went to Home Depot and Glenn provided the best customer service I could ask for. He stayed with until I had everything I needed to fix the issue in my home.. Glenn saved the day and made mine! Thank you Home Depot.

I was asked if I needed assistance almost immediately. An associate took me to the right department and found the right item for me. At the checkout stands, I was directed to the available checkout and processed with no delays. A very pleasant experience.

Very happy with the quality of people working at the store. All associates were willing to help me make the right decisions about shopping for power tools. I enjoy shopping at the depot, I can find almost all that I need and more, people are helpful and go the extra to help....store is clean, i did note that the stock is needed to be refilled....but usually find someone to help. I enjoy mostly my shopping experience.

The staff was ready to help and get you help. It truly was a holiday break and there were no lines to wait in and the selection was terrific. I have shopped at other Home Depot and find just about everything I need. The prices are always competitive.

I came to purchase 50+ small moving boxes (16x12x12) and only 38 were in stock. I found this very unacceptable. For the same price at Lowe's I can buy boxes with handles and your boxes do not have handles. Also parked right in front of the section where the boxes and storage tubs are located were HUGE pallets of merchandise and I could not get my cart back to the boxes area. I had to squeeze my body between pallets and carry my 38 boxes between them out to the main aisle where my cart had to be parked. There is NO REASON why these large pallets of items should be parked blocking access to aisles at 11:34 am during peak shopping hours. Once again I'm very very disappointed in the Ontario Home Depot store. They just don't seem to understand how to make customers satisfied there.

the store was very clean and orderly and the easy to find thing did not take long the ease of finding an associate was good if you needed help with finding your item you needed over all I would recommend the store for a perches

After having our home measured for about 1500sqft of carpet we came in to finalize our pricing quote. The sales associate, in flooring, went above and beyond to make sure we got the right product and price. He discovered a price discrepancy and corrected it (saving us money) and openly discussed a few upgrades that we may not even need. It was a no pressure experience and we left comfortable spending several thousand dollars - like they actually cared about us, like a family member.

The store was very clean and well lit. I went there shopping for a new interior and exterior front door. The sales associate was very helpful, especially with showing me where to find the dead bolt lock I was not planning on getting, but was needed with the door I bought. I love Home Depot and go there for all my home improvement needs. I highly recommend Home Depot!! Thank you all for your help!!

Our extended family consist of men and woman who enjoy completing their own home improvement projects and crafts. Our family members are located in Texas, Florida, Ohio, Indiana and California. We often travel between states visiting each other and assist in each others home projects. Home Depot Stores are located within 20 miles of each of our homes and we all shop at Home Depot. My brother who resides in Texas recently visited me here in Ohio. He decided to update the electrical in our barn by adding numerous outlets and light fixtures. He took our truck and headed to Home Depot. I did not need to go with him, because no matter where you go in this country, once you walk through the Home Depot doors, everything is familiar. Same scenario happens when we visit family in other states. It has become a family tradition that a project will be done when family visits and Home Depot has become a part of that tradition.
