Had my new Whirpool fridge installed yesterday 2/13/2025 7am , and I want to say thank you to Terrance and his team. Terrance introduced himself and to the team . They were polite and ensured that I understood the process and went over the purchase . Terrance was very respectful and knoweledgable about the install. I am happy to say they were overly concern about my floors to not scuff them. Terrance knew how to move the fridge with out disturbing the home unnecessarily . They were all pleasant and respected my time without delay .The ensured that the old fridge was place in the new location( as requested in the purchase) and that it was working as it should. This is a winning team and they work well together as evident by Terrance was instructing the new crew member on how to go through all the steps to ensure the fridge and water lines was operational and the doors were secured. Thank you Terrance and yoyr Amazing team for reassuring me that all would go wel and it did. Ms Beckles

I had bought a storage bin on a previous visit. I liked it so much I went in today and bought two more. The cashier , Michelle, told me how to apply for my military discount. and gave me a courtesy 10% discount on my purchase along with the instructions. This evemplifies the type of folks who work there. The storage bins are the best i have ever found.

This review is specifically because of Mary, a sales specialist. I have not had to buy kitchen appliances in a VERY long time. Was a bit overwhelmed by the bells and whistles on them now, how return policies have changed AND I have a tiny kitchen that's hard to find anything to fit. I needed help badly from someone willing to take time and not lose patience. Mary is that person. She was such a sweetheart and went above and beyond. I can't thank her enough. Wish there were more people like her in the world. It would be a better place❤️🙏

This Home Depot have the most pleasant helpful people and I enjoy it every time I shop there This Home Depot is the best.

While thoroughly satisfied with the product ordering process at the service desk, we conducted our business after dark. I feel the parking area lacks sufficient lighting to afford adequate security to your customers. For me, this will limit my shopping times to the daylight hours. Thank you.

I was shopping on 11/6 and had questions about my purchase and Chris in lumber was pleasant and very willing to help me with all my questions.

The appliance employee was very helpful to order my new micro wave. My only complaint was that I had to wait for someone, even with a couple of pages, to show up.

None of the workers greet you. They avoid eye contact with you. Went to the paint department to get custom paint and the guy wouldn’t acknowledge the 3 customers surrounding his station. He then blurts out, “I’m the only guy here so give me a minute.” He then sternly looks at you so YOU can start the conversation. This employee is just rude. He throws the mixer and paint opener on the table for you to fetch. Can someone from their HR or management team check in or give this guy some help so he’s not rude to your customers?

Two John Deer lawn tractors one for me and one for my son-in-law. One delivered to me here in Florida the other one to a store in Georgia. In both with cases the delivery went without any glitches and the attention to the customers needs and desires was the # 1 priority

The store is fine and employees are helpful.

Three times my delivery was cancelled with very little communication. I had people on two occasions sent home because I didn’t rec my delivery. I was very disappointed in the lac of communication

We were not sure of the measurements in the beginning, but when I showed the employee the picture of my measurements he was able to assure me that my fridge would fit in its space

lots of items to choose from, prices are ok and easy to check out

I made a purchase of two clearance items via the pro desk. The Associate Tim did an outstanding job in assisting me. My two purchases were outstanding buys. Beat competition prices by a large margin. Well done HD. Thank you.

Excellent Customer Services

I live closer to the Oakleaf Home Depot but drive further to Orange Park Home Depot on Wells Rd because they are just a heck of a lot nicer than Oakleaf is. At this Home Depot I was greeted when I walked in the door by a friendly & smiling face. It was one of the girls at the register. I then needed help in the tools area as what I needed was locked up.Carisa was very helpful assisting me and even suggested some other tools that might work well with the toll I was purchasing. The girl or greeted me coming in was the same who checked me out. She was very nice asking me if I found everything I needed and she had a smile the whole time. I think her name was Jannie ( she was wearing glasses). I always come to this Home Depot where I am always given great Customer Service and help, I appreciate that!

Bought paint and a few things. Checked out at customer service. Belinda was friendly and outgoing.

Store is ok just needs less self check outs and more maned registers. Also need to quit treating everyone like a criminal

I hate that I can’t just go buy anything any more. You have to wait on someone to get a key to unlock almost everything and then they will not hand it to you so you can go pay for it. You have to wait on them to walk up front sometimes it takes extended amount of time just to purchase something.

Anytime I have been at the orange park store the employees All have been helpful, courteous and well trained. I have been shopping there for at least 20 yrs. Service has been great.

From the time I walked into Home Depot for a return, I was greeted at the counter by the representative which was very polite and knowledgable. Made my return and then went and made other purchases inside the store.

We use the export services at this store and Mark Faust is awesome....
