I shop at Home Depot often and send my customers to this store, for products and friendly service.

We went to this Home Depot after closing on our house. They had a zero turn mower we wanted to buy. We rarely use credit cards so when we tried, they thought it was a fraudulent charge. It took us about half an hour, past their closing time, to clear it up. Meanwhile, the crew members who were helping were friendly and helpful, never once crabby about being there late. They helped us resolve the issue and even loaded the mower for us. Seriously friendly and helpful crew people working there, including Kris and Mike, and others whose names escape me.

I WOULD LIKE TO SEE A CHECKOUT COUNTER AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE STORE INSTEAD OF HAVING TO WALK THE FULL LENGTH OF THE STORE TO CHECKOUT. THAT'S A LONG WALK IF YOU DON'T NEED ANYTHING FROM THAT END OF THE STORE

Best Home Depot I've been in. I am new to the area. Stocked well, help available and they approach you!

Well stocked Garden Center and helpful, friendly staff. Thomas helped me pick out plants and Brenda assisted me with the check out. Both were a pleasure to interact with.

I had been looking around for a Milwaukee M18 Blower, and saw that it was at your store, the associates offered great customer service and they were extremely helpful.

I purchased several plants from Home Depot and another local big box store and Home Depot's plants have survived this hot Missouri summer the other plants from the other store haven't done as well.

I am a veteran. I came in for a water softener. The employees were very kind and professional. They explained everything about what I was looking for in a water softener. When I made my decision they got a cart & helped me all the the way to even loading it in my truck. They also helped me fill out a homedepot credit card application.

After pricing some items at other stores, we were saddened by the lack of costumer service. Then we came to Home Depot. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door. All of the staff were smiling. The employee in the department that we needed assistance in was busy with another costumer on our arrival but did indicate that we were seen and she would be with us as soon as possible! She was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She did need her manager to approve something needed, and the manager, Ashley, was also friendly and helpful! Thanks for a great shopping experience.

We bought our garden plants from David in the garden center. The plants we bought were the first of our many trips there as spring comes. We buy there annually. Never disappointed.

I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store. I had help immediately. The employee went beyond what he needed to do in helping me.

This is my go to store for home projects.

We had a long list of items for our resort and this store trip was a win! Our store guru was Kirk. This dude was amazing, found EVERY item on our list plus took numerous cartloads to the registers while we continued shopping. Store was clean and had a pretty good selection/availability given the supply chain issues.

Mike in the flooring department was extremely knowledgeable and helped guide me to the right carpet for our needs. He was friendly, took the time to explain everything to me and also gave me his card in case I had future questions!!! Mike is a star!

Every time I have shopped at this store I have found the items in stock and friendly employees. I also appreciate the veteran discount also.

My work schedule doesn't always allow me to shop for through the week. But it doesn't matter because you can get excellent service and questions answered even on a Sunday.

Don Akers in lumber goes WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND in customer service!

Housekeeping at the store was behind a few months ago so that my general impression was that things looked shabby. Today the store was well kept. Now up to standards that are as good or better than the local competition.

We have lived at the lake for 3 years and have been remodeling since we moved in. The store is always super clean, employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I think this is the best store in the Midwest.

I had a tough, confusing order and Robert helped me with patience and calmness.

We needed to pick out a new range, and the sales lady (Sydney) was so helpful and knowledgeable.

On July 5th, a holiday weekend, my husband and I needed to buy a small gas grill for our condo. We went to this particular Home Depot to purchase a grill since Home Depot has them pre-assembled. The grill we wanted was not going to fit into our Ford Escape. We were going to have to settle for a smaller grill. Patty, who was helping us, suggested to take off the small tray on one side of the grill, which SHE did, and which made it possible to fit into our small SUV, and which made it possible to buy the grill we wanted. Jaydon loaded it into our car. Ashley checked us out. All three were so nice and helpful, especially Patty. I cannot say enough for the service we received at this location. We will definitely shop there in the future.

It does make a big difference to me that when I go in this store, I find what I need and real professional help from genuinely interested Home Depot workers. I trust their competence over and over and that combined with good selection and good pricing means I get done what I need to get done. This is one of the best Home Depot stores I've had the pleasure to visit. I encourage senior management to reward and retain solid, experienced and mature people who lend their talents and skill to customers like me. I'll keep coming back to where the good people are. Thank you!

I worked with Sydney in the appliance section. We were in need of a new refrigerator, dishwasher & stove. She was extremely helpful in helping me select the correct sizes for the spaces I had and stayed within my budget. The process was very simple and she was so friendly to work with.
