More often than not, products here are misaligned, store associates are uninformed about products even to the extent of not knowing where a product would be, and the associates tend to be unavailable or otherwise distracted. The cleanliness of the store also leaves much to be desired, possibly more about alignment than hygiene however, due to the fact that things are seldom in their place, stock is often misrepresented and I don't believe the employees are being trained well who, when available, are curt but at least to the point which is more than acceptable for someone like me. I Believe Management has failed in training these employees as they all seem to be quite kind when they have the information and the ability to do so.

The associate carried the bags of soil to the register then loaded them in the car. So grateful.

Could somebody call ICE so they can get some of those people loitering at the front of the lot away from your store. Please and thanks.

My company I work for shop here all the time

Probably one of the worst locations Ive been to. Its hard to get into the parking lot with all of those labors jumping all around your car. The carts are dirty with trash from those people eating and placing all sorts of trash in the carts and all around the parking lot. It doesn't feel safe neither because of all those men that just hanging around getting drunk which is probably why the parking lot smells like a urinal. Last time I was there a fight broke out among the men that were hanging out at the back the lot. Its an eyesore and I dont understand why nothing has been done about it. I remember when this place was clean and simple to get in and out of now its a task.

Even though Monni had to deal with her rude and unprofessional ASM Jackie's tone and behavior she still continued to give the best customer service and did not engage negatively.

Monni in paint did a great job helping me out when I stopped on her during her tasks. She is very intelligent and educated.

I needed a couple things for this location which I was totally clueless about. Carlos and Nikai was extremely nice and helpful. I really appreciated them for their professionalism and patience.

I shop there all of the time because of the friendly staff and cleanliness of the store. Also, the ease of finding items w/out having to ask a staff members gives me a powerful feeling!

My recent visit was pleasant and I was able to get what I was looking for. The service was excellent.

Stop micro aggression of black shoppers with black security at checkout with your large tv cameras and profiling with the green square of people in line at checkout. But you provide no customer service to people to help with the products you sell. This smells intentional and needs to be reported to the better business bureau and social media.

The team members were quite friendly and helpful overall! The location was clean and we found the items we were looking for in a timely manner.

Mr. Rodney and Charles in the plumber's aisle were very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Need more associates like them. Great job gentlemen!!!

I came into the store looking for three items specifically which was scattered all over the store. This wonderful employee who spoke Spanish and English immediately located the first item then onto the next item and finally the last item. It took him all but 5 ,ims and even gave me some tips to use with a tool. I was impressed to say the least. I am sure everyone knows this gentleman he was wonderful.

I had 30 bags of 80lb concrete to load into my truck. Niycole approached and asked to help. She was extremely friendly and made the shopping experience very pleasant. Other employees as well as supervisors at Home Depot could learn a lot from her friendliness and willingness to help out. She did this without even being asked, and it definitely shows a very high level of professionalism from her. I will be returning to this store based on the experience she provided.

I was so confused about what to purchase for a small project and was helped by two different associates who seemed to swoop in and rescue me. The fist helped me pick out what to purchase to sand down my banister and the other individual helped make sure the handrail fit in my car! Not to mention the checkout team member was so nice. Everyone was great. I often get asked why I got to home depot over Lowe’s since it’s closer but this is why!

I had the opportunity to meet and work with Deniece , an Appliance Specialist at the Oxon Hill location. She was very patient and knowledgeable. I am always overthinking, she made the decision and experience stress free.Kudos Deniece!

The customers service here sucks. At 6 AM nor crowded but cashiers with attitudes because they have to checkout customers instead of self checkout. SHARONDA and co workers.
