The store was very clean and associates were extremely friendly. Tom Fetzer helped and answered every question and had great suggestions.

From the moment we walked in we had four or five people approach to help us. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Will definitely shop here again!

Was greeted and asked if i need any help upon entering the front entrance. Associate presented me with a coupon book for this month! Store is always clean and in order, had several associates ask me if I needed help. Checkout was handled by a very nice lady, in and out of store in a resonalble time!

There is always someone to help you. They are always asking if I need help. Always with a smile and friendly tone.

Robert in Electrical was very knowledgeable and made my shopping trip a quick success.

Today the store was not very busy. Weather keeping lots of folks at home. Even so, there was someone ready to help at every turn. I was in and out of the store in minutes with everything I needed. Staff was friendly as always.

My overall satisfaction of home Depot is based on the varieties of the products I use and or want at any given time as well as the home Depot employees availibility to stop what there doing and committ to me, myself, and i. There is no comparison in my boom and now I see what the power of home Depot really means. Thanks a bunch.

Having worked at a Home Depot in CA for 17 years I can say with knowledge that the associates at the Paducah store are really helpful & friendly folks. You should be proud to have such helpful & genuinely willing people working there!!

I needed paint to cover oil base painted closet doors from the 60s. I didn't want to sand them down due to lead. The lady working in paint helped me find a primer and a one coat paint. The closet doors look great and the Behr Marquee paint covered with one coat! I would not have chosen those products without her help!

Great staff that were knowledgeable and friendly. Great products and value. Very pleasant experience of a variety of items without a huge/overwhelming facility. We'll definitely return!

I went in with a rough diagram of what I needed, and I asked an associate if they had some time. The gentleman made helpful recommendations, and helped me find what I needed, and cut the materials needed. He, along with 2 others, helped load my car.

I just wanted to say that the home depot in Paducah, Ky has really good customer service. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about the products they are selling. The only negative was stock in wall panel options was less than I expected. Other than that experience was great !
