WOW! What a change. The store seems cleaner, more organized and the attitude of the HD team has greatly improved. Thank you Kevin and Cliff for what ever you are doing that has changed the attitude of your staff from punching a clock to being a SERVICE oriented group of members that actually stop and talk to and assist the customers.

This is the best Home Depot I have ever shopped at. It's only home improvement store in Pahrump NV and they have made it a great place to shop. They always have everything in stock or will get it in a couple of days. They have enough employees to help find anything you need and give excellent advice on using the product. There is always an employee at the door to greet you as you enter and offer assistance if you need it. Every employee in this store is friendly and helpful. They carry an extensive inventory of high quality products and the prices are very reasonable. So happy this is my store.

I have always had a very positive experience at this store. I will be shopping here for all my new home buying needs. The customer service has always been top notch at this store.

Home depot has truly becomey favorite place in town.

I truly enjoy shopping at Home Depot Pahrump, it carries within it alot of what I shop for. I would like to see some areas carry more for commercial and home uses. The clerks are great and will go out of their way to help. The store and restrooms are always clean and walking areas are not crowded. I appreciate every person within this store. Also as a Veteran, your discount helps and the parking places for us are wonderful. Thank You

I was there on Black Friday. The store was extremely busy. This store had plenty of items that were on sale, so everything was not sold out right away. I was impressed to see the new store manager Kevin out on the floor assisting customers and making sure everything ran smoothly.

It was average, what I purchased was rather expensive and only one color was offered. Not a bad store, a young man was just inside the store and directed me to the area I needed to find what I was looking for. Saw a group of 5 employees bs'n and had to walk around them as they congregated in the main isle. Too bad there isn't a LOWES in town.

Found Item I was looking for on Home Depot's web site. It showed Item was in store stock and also listed the stocking location. Drove to store and son of a gun the item was right where the web site said it would be Needed help to get it into truck and did from an employee named Zack. Price was right and received all the help I needed.

When you enter this store, you feel like your ready to SHOP!! Most of the time there is someone to greet you and direct you to the location you may need to start your search for your needs. The store is very, very clean. When you look on an isle, shelf or compartment the items are where their suppose to be. The only problem with rural store is quantity of certain items and if you see it now, you better get it while it's in stock. But they will make sure you get everything you need. Over all, the employees know there stuff.

always someone to help, or just do a quick look around and u can find some one. Not like other stores ( ie: wally world) clean store. always have what I want/need. close to home too.

The store was clean even the bathrooms were clean, Help was available when I needed it. Questions were answered and employees helped us any time we needed it.

I've been in a lot of large stores where it is difficult to find help. This just isn't the case here. And they are very friendly, too.

Purchased a microwave that was not stocked in-store but was available online. Got the royal treatment including a great explanation of the warranty I wanted. Immediate service from Eddie in appliances. No more than 20 minutes from start to finish at the store and great helpful service.

Store is well stocked, the signage directs you easily to whatever you need, all employees are friendly and helpful at all times.

A young man was so helpful when I could'nt read labels from the containers to poison insects and mites on my trees. He pulled a bottle of the shelf for me and the top was lose causing it to spill out over his hand and onto the floor. Because it was a poison, he called for a co worker walking by us and said the bottle had leaked out when he was helping me. The other employee just looked at it and said it goes in the back, without helping at all. The young man helped get 2 more bottles off the shelf and went to get something to clean the floor.. I had to insist he leave me and go wash his hands under water as directed on the label. (15 - 20 minutes) What a nice man!! Then when I was getting to my car another polite and courteous employee offered to put the gallon containers in my car for me. They were both such a pleasant surprise! Thank you for hiring such people. :)
