Store was clean ...found what I was looking for...........employees where helpful. The only suggestion I have is the Isles are dark and hard read some of product labels.

It was so much happy when people really nice help me to find what I need. And explain what is good to buy for my project. Thanks

GREAT, TIDY

The store is laid out in a nice fashion with large signage to show you where you want to go. Anything that ISN'T obvious, any of the clerks will help you find.

Not happy with the lack of customer service in finding help

I always go to the Papillion Home depot. The employees are always friendly and very helpful. They go out of the way to help you with your project. I also enjoy the DIY projects they put out.

Home Depot of Papillion had very helpful staff and store was very clean.

The staff in store are around and available for help, also very friendly and knowledgeable. I never leave without having my questions answered.

I went to this store on 8/15/2016 around 1:00 pm or so. I went for one thing, but ended up purchasing a few additional items. I have to say the staff was so impressive. They noticed when I was lost and directed me to the correct aisle, They were friendly and greeted me in every location. Very impressed. This interaction is rare in this day and age. I actually purchased one item, but then went back to the garden area and purchased a few other things. Great customer service there too. A+++

Found the display items and got help to get the product to take with me. Had some other plans but since the items are not available there were suggestions how to work around it and it was very helpful to talk with them about it.

The store is clean, aisles were marked clearly and able to find what I was looking for.

This was a good shopping experience! The employee who helped me pickup my water heater in the plumbing department was very friendly and grabbed a cart to load up what I needed, as well as help me find some other items. The only issue I had was with the cashier who tried to complete my transaction on a credit card (with a 0 balance), but the way she ran it through so many times put a hold on the card and so I lost the purchase points because I had to use my bank card. The cashier was very friendly though and I will keep shopping this store to serve my home improvement needs.

Help is very friendly, and there is a wide assortment of products available.

I love Home Depot, especially the paint department. The staff members are knowledgeable about paint, stains and necessary equipment to complete my DIY projects.

Being a breast cancer survivor, I am limited to minimum pushing and pulling, which led me to a lawn mower that I could not afford, however, it was going to help save me time and effort in yard work. I had used the mower a couple of times and it was not performing properly. I had no way to load the mower to return it, nor could I put off mowing.( mow day is mow day, I work 2 jobs, there is no way to move mow day). I was feeling very emotional that day, I hate yard work to begin with being allergic to a lot of outside green stuff, and after pulling the mower cord about 15 times I was on the verge of breakdown. Mike the evening manager sent Steve out TO MY HOME, to investigate the issue. Steve confirmed that the mower was faulty, loaded it up in his truck, took it back to the store and returned the next day with a new mower and proceeded to mow my lawn. I have never been blessed to have a store that goes far beyond what would be expected for a large organization to help those in need. Mike felt my needs and sent staff to assist. Steve, felt my emotional state and went beyond to comfort me that all is well and that Home Depot was there to help me. When friends ask, " why don't you try _______ or _________", my response is always the same. " I love Home Depot, and they have always been there for me above and beyond". Ordered my landscape brick an all supplies online, this is the only way to shop specifically if there really busy in the store! Love being a home depot pro! Would highly recommend checking the online world out!

The sales people were very friendly, available and always had a smile on their faces. Very willing to help me find items and even walked me to the spot were the product was at.

The store is clean and nicely organized so it was easy to find what I needed.

John in plumbing was so helpful and made sure I bought the right items. I had to go back because i was having a problem installing my water softener and he went way above to get me taken care of.

Found what I needed and a few things I didn't. Yeah!

The store was very clean, items were easy to find, and the associates were very helpful in assisting me. I had to be very careful not to spend too much money as there were so many items available to help me with home improvement. No matter what project I have in the future, I can find everything I need at this store and I'm assured I will get the guidance and assistance needed to complete the project.

Very good customer service at this store. Live goods are really impressive this year. Much, much, much better than previous years.

The sales people were amazingly organized. I ended opening a Home Depot account because I know I'll be back to shop there!
