Great store. Excellent and very helpful employees. I wish all stores had the same level of customer service as this Home Depot has. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in the area that has a need.

Had the most pleasant experience with Beverly the cashier. She helped us so much and was so nice. It's nice to feel like you are important and cared about, glad we are here.

A very knowledgeable and friendly young man came up to ask if if we needed help. When we told him we did he helped pick out lumber cut it to the size that I needed. Was impressed with his helpfulness. I believe his name is Trajan. Highly recommend this young man!!

In crease the size of your store to the north, since there is vacant land there.

Had a great find on rose bushes at the papillon location.

I have always like how you handle the mulch in the spring. It is a very efficient process.

I have witnessed more than once employees disrespecting or bulling fellow employees, this was not horse play this was clear disrespect. I told a floor manager what I witnessed and he said he would talk to the employee, This did not sound right to me, he should have got the store manager and had me explain what I had witnessed, I am wondering if the manager of the Papillion location should be investigated by Home Depot Cooperate office for supporting a toxic work environment. I will not support the Papillion Home Depot any longer.

Gary helped us get the perfect hot water heater and was absolutely amazing answered all our questions. Steph was our cashier and she was super friendly and nice very helpful also! Great experience

Papillion is a model Home Depot store. I have shopped in stores in several other states...this is the place to get help. Custom cut pipe to easy returns.
