Thanks home depot ! while I was trying to decide to tackle a huge house project an associate gave me excellent advise. The associate was Sam (tool rental Dept.) who took the the time to give me great ideas & what tools I needed in the tool rental dept. .Also an associate Brian (garden dept. he was friendly & has great knowledge in this dept. also gave me excellent advise how to maintain the plants I just brought ! I used to go to the other Home Depot Now I come here for great advise for house projects. Thanks

My store associate was very knowledgeable about the products and installation questions I had about the replacement windows I purchased. Should the delivery and the workmanship of widows follow suit, I will likely purchase 22 additional windows to complete my project.

I interfaced with two cashiers on my last HD shopping trip and I found them both extremely pleasant and helpful!

Everyone was so helpful to my needs. The guy in the wood department was kind and patient and totally helpful. Then when I was leaving the store the wood was just shy of fitting in my car and without me asking an associate came out and helped me get it attached safely to the top of my car.

I rented ladders from the tool center in Paramus. I was greeted immediately by Beau in the tool rental center who made my experience effortless. My husband and I own an electrical company and that day it was up to me to get the ladders because he was on another job. Not knowing exactly what I needed, how I was going to get them on or how the whole process worked Beau explained everything to me to that I needed to know. He had two more associates Mike and Mike load up the ladders and tie them down for me in the pouring rain. I could not believe how easy it was I was literally in and out of that store in about 30 minutes. All three of them were extremely friendly and very very helpful. Upon returning the ladders the next day I was greeted by another friendly gentleman named Joe. He did the exact same thing was able to refund my deposit get the ladders down and I was in and out of that store in about 15 minutes. It was a great experience.

The first box of staples was misplaced, and left in the wrong location. The associate accessed the skew number, went to that aisle, and found the flat headed staple I used for my project.

Four or five associates gathered in one spot for training or something else . Had to ask twice to be able to pass . Also a pallet of large flower pots was in the middle of the aisle and about four feet past the pallet was an abandoned hand truck, and guess what , it was also blocking the aisle .If this was my first visit I would never come back . I would go down the road to Lowes !!

This store has the absolute best staff. You can always find someone to help with advice and finding products quickly. I am always informed of specials and promotions. There is always someone to help me load at the contractor's checkout. Overall, this store allows me to get in and out quickly and the staff is the greatest!

I was helped by Sasha ,she walked with me to help me find all of my items an she made sure we had everything we needed . I have never had such great help and i wish she was there Every time I come to shop .you guys just became my favorite store thank you ,you guys are great .

The product selection was a DIY'er's paradise. With the mobile app and online tools, one knows "before one goes"! The knowledge and experience of the Associates most useful when needed.

Store cluttered with unpacked products and shelves half empty. No associates to be found

The garden Center has a great variety of plants and other items involved in home garden. The prices are about half the price of local garden centers and Metropolitan Plant Exchange. Go to Home depot before you go to these places.

Located great products, associates very helpful and friendly, store clean,checkout quick

Few store associates are really helpful, knowledgeable about the products and are eager to help you; however, most of the associates aviod you by asking you to contact someone else, or saying that they are not for this department (however you see them hanging around in the same department). Many associates are more interested in chatting with their other fellow associates than helping a customer. On the plus side, the check-out folks are very friendly and ask you if you found every thing you were looking for...etc... but it is too late that time because i am ready to leave the store. i wish the floor associates are really knowledgeable and want to help customers.

I found the store very quiet and not much help on the floor. I wish they had a directory at all the entrances to find merchandise.

I WENT TO THE STORE TO RENT A DRILL FOR A DRESSER I WAS RE-FINISHING THE HARDWARE ON. BEING INEXPERIENCED AND UNSURE HOW TO USE THE DRILL, SAM (TOOL RENTAL DEPT.) SPENT AN HOUR DRILLING THE LUMBER FOR ME, AND RUNNING THROUGH THE STORE TO FIND THE RIGHT SIZED HARDWARE. HE WAS SO NICE AND WENT WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND ANY EXPECTATIONS OF A STORE EMPLOYEE. THANKS SAM!!
